For Selecting the Project Designer for the Light Railway Project in the
Haifa Metropolitan Area between Haifa and Nazareth
Pursuant to the Invitation to Bid for the tender published on June 28, 2018, Cross Israel
Highway Ltd. (the "Company") hereby publishes the Company’s response for requests to
clarifications that were addressed to it by the Participants in the said Tender. The
Company’s response is attached as Annex "1".
In addition, the Company hereby announces that the Submission Date has been
postponed until November 7, 2018 no later than 16:00 (Israel time).
1. It is hereby clarified that the language of the questions listed below is not necessarily
identical to the language used by those who referred to the Company and that not all
of the questions were necessarily answered by the Company.
2. In addition, some questions may have been asked by more than one Participant, and,
therefore, the company’s response below may refer to one version of the said
questions.
3. This document, including the updates and clarifications appearing herein, constitutes
an integral part of the Tender Documents and must be attached to the Proposal of the
Participant. Each page shall be duly signed by the person duly empowered and
authorized to sign on behalf of the Participant, in accordance with the provisions of
the Tender Documents.
