as the Aloe Vera plant, due to careful extraction

Aloe Vera Gel consists for 99.3% of water. The remaining 0.7% are the solids that consist for a large part of polysaccharides of the glucose and mannose type. Together with the enzymes and amino-acids in the gel they give the gel the special properties as a skin care products.

The gel stimulates cell growth and as such enhances the restoration of damaged skin. It moisturizes the skin because it has a water holding capacity. This moist on the skin also has a cooling effect.

Aloë Vera

Technical issuesApplication• Most Tender Biotouch products have weak cationic

nature, except for Tender Biotouch-VTE, which is anionic.

• Tender Biotouch products have a high affinity to most fibres. Therefore they can be applied by exhaustion and by padding.

• The cationic products are recommended for cotton, viscose, polynosic, Lyocel, polyester/cellulose, polyester, wool and acrylics

• The ionic nature and the characteristics of the vesicle structure provide a good performance in respect of washing resistance. It is however recommended to give a hand wash with a gentle non-ionic soap to maintain the “cosmetic effects” as long as possible.

Application• Exhaust process:

• After dyeing (similar to softening process)• 3-8%, 30-50ºc x 10-20 mins Tender Biotouch-SLK • 1-5%, 40ºc x 30 mins Tender Biotouch-MCO • 2-10%, 0.3% acetic acid • 60-90ºc x 10-30 mins, Tender Bioslim

Tender Biotouch-VTE30~50 g/l + binder - 10~20 g/l, pad (wet pick up 80-100%), dry (105ºc), curing (120ºc x 3 mins)

• Tender Biotouch-ALV70 g/l, pad (wet pick up 100%), drying (105ºc x 10 mins), curing (120ºc x 3 mins)

• Tender Biotouch-SQ20~30 g/l, pad (wet pick up of 100%), drying (105ºc), curing (120ºc x 3 mins)

Application: Continuous process

• TENDER BIOTOUCH-SLK30-50 g/l, Pad: 1 dip 1 nip, (2 dip, 2 nip would be better), Dry: 100ºC x 2 min, Curing: 130-150ºC

• TENDER BIOTOUCH-MCO10-30 g/l, Pad, 1 dip, 1 nip, pick up 80%, Drying (100ºC for 2 mins), Heat set (160ºC for 2 mins)

• TENDER BIOSLIM20-100 g/l, Pad, 1 dip and 1 nip, 60-100% pick up, dry at 110ºC.

• THERMOCOOL-MAX40-50 g/l, Aquasil-H-20 g/l, Tristar-L-112- 30 g/l, Catalyst-WR – 5-10 g/l, Pad with a pick up of 80 - 100%, Dry: 120ºC x 3 min, Cure:160ºC x 90 sec
