In order to reclaim its rightful place as market

leader, Levi’s was repositioning itself through high

profile product launches such as the innovative

Twisters marque. In tandem with this external

image change, there was work to be done

internally.They needed to re-align the business so

they could better service clients and realise

commercial opportunities. And they wanted to

increase the productivity of the team, making

sure everyone was involved with and contributing

to the change.

Levi’s commissioned us to manage this internal

communication.

The campaign had to perform two functions.

Firstly and fundamentally to convey the message

that the business was embarking on a positive and

exciting period, and what happens now will

dictate the future. And secondly to re-engage

people with the Levi’s core values of empathy,

originality, courage and integrity.They wanted all

staff on board with the brand and hungry for

greater success.

Working alongside the HR Director, we began by

interviewing a selection of employees to find out

– in their own words – what it means to work at

Levi’s. From this research we discovered that the

core values were recognised, but not necessarily

embedded in their approach or overtly linked with

day-to-day activity. >>>>>>

Monsoon

On this search and selection assignment for Monsoon

we worked closely with our search partners to put

together a targeted campaign which included an

advertisement in the Sunday Times and a restricted

search of competitor companies.

We managed the campaign from brief through to

short list – providing the client with 4 exceptional

candidates to choose from.

We charge by results: you only pay for our services at

pre agreed mile stones.
