Tenant Portal – How to guide.

Welcome to our step by step guide of how to use the Tenant Portal.

Within this document, you will be provided with clear instructions of

how to use the portal, evidencing just how quick and easy it is to use!

Tenant Portal- How to Register

1) Locate your Tenant Reference and Name at the top of a recent invoice from Pier

Management Ltd.

2) Log on to the Pier Management Ltd website (www.piermanagement.com) and click ‘Tenant Portal & Payment’ at the top of the homepage.

3) This will take you to the login screen and this is where you will need to register.

4) To register click ‘Registration’ (located in the bottom left corner as per the image below).

5) Then fill in your Tenant Reference (found at the top of a recent invoice) as the Customer

Reference, your name (exactly as it appears on the invoice) as the Tenant name, and your

email address.

6) You will then receive an email with your username and password attached which you can

use to login. NB: You can change the password via the login screen at a later date.

7) Once logged in you will be able to view your statement, important documents and make

payments.

Changing Password:

1) Log on to the Pier Management Ltd website (www.piermanagement.com) and click ‘Tenant Portal & Payment’ at the top of the homepage.

2) Click ‘Change Password’ (located in the bottom left corner as per the image below).

NB: Please note that the below password parameters are:

- Must be a minimum of 8 characters.

- Must contain letters and numbers.

- Must contain at least one capital letter.

- Although this is not a requirement, we also advise using punctuation to increase the strength of the password.

3) Enter in your Tenant Reference and enter your old password, now choose a new password,

confirm it by repeating it into the fourth box.

You have now successfully changed your password.

Forgotten Password

1) Log on to the Pier Management Ltd website (www.piermanagement.com) and click ‘Tenant Portal & Payment’ at the top of the homepage.

2) Click ‘Forgotten Password’ (located in the bottom left corner as per the image below).

3) Enter in your Tenant Reference, confirm this and then enter your email. Be sure to double check your details, if they are incorrect an email with a new password will

not be sent. Proceed by clicking ‘Forgotten password’.

4) This screen will show after entering your details. Click ‘Continue’ and you will re-directed to

the login screen.

5) When the email with a new password is received enter the new password into the Password

box along with your Tenant Reference.

Viewing Current Balances

1) Once logged in, the first screen that shows will show your overall balance due on the

account as shown below. (If you have multiple properties a separate portal account will

be required to show the balance for a different property).

Making Payments

1) Once logged in, to make a payment select ‘Make a payment’ tab. This will show any

outstanding charges as per the below.

2) If you have multiple charges outstanding select each charge ( £ ). Once you are happy

with your payment selection, click ‘Process payments’ as shown below.

3) Follow the instructions shown on screen to enter your details, I have added screenshots

of each screen for your aid as per the below.

NB: When making a payment the website will re-direct you to Sagepay in order to securely take the

card details. The screen will look like the below.

Copy Invoices

1) Once logged in, click the ‘Documents’ tab, this will bring you to show all relevant documents

for you as the leaseholder and for the whole property as shown below.

2) To view copy invoices, click on the folder with your name as shown below.

3) This will bring you to a screen showing folders with all the relevant documents you may

require. In this case just click the folder named ‘Invoices’ as shown below.

4) The next screen will list all the invoices which will have been sent to the correspondence

address. It shows the invoice number and date for ease as shown below. (To save the copy

invoice to your device simply right click and save as)

Reporting Issues

1) Once logged into the Tenant Portal click the ‘Contact us’ tab as shown below. Please do not

hesitate to contact us at any time by Telephone or by Email.
