(House Of Our Father)
Exodus 12:49One Torah shall be to him that is home-born, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
Traditions…
I Cor 11:2 2 Now I praise you because you have remembered everything I told you and observe thetraditions just the way I passed them on to you.
II Thes 2 15 Therefore, brothers, stand firm; and hold to the traditions you were taught by us, whether we spoke them or wrote them in a letter.
II Thes 3 6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

• next week service at the Wenatchee community center?
• Hebrew class today after the service!!! How many here started attending after you came here to learn Hebrew? Wilbur, Pam, Joann Haney and Joann Melcher, Les, Matt, Wanda are just some of them.
• Not only is this your opportunity to learn for the first time, or brush up on your Hebrew, this is also your main opportunity to help Beit Aveinu grow.
• The new people that will be coming today are already interested in Jewish things. I highly encourage that you stay and take these classes even if you’ve taken them before so…
• you can get to know these new people coming in. It doesn’t mean you have to witness to them or preach to them, just befriend them.
• Invite them over for dinner or help them here with their Hebrew. This is your mission field. It is the best and strongest mission field that Beit Aveinu has. If you’re serious about wanting us to grow, then this is it.
• Mark Staneart!!! Feb 28th!!! This is a Beit Aveinu Messianic concert.• Radio Station, still on course.
• Beit Aveinu Leavenworth Congregation looking to start soon. We have a building! We don’t know which night yet, all are welcome to attend starting the first week of March.
• If you don’t want to go, don’t go we want only those who are happy to be there and who are ready for ministry even if that means just one or two.
• Even if it’s just Bob and myself we will just be up there available for the people of Leavenworth to answer questions and get things started. It’ll take some time before it’s running like it is here but we’re expecting that.
• Israel Tour on October 10th. We have 10 people from Wenatchee who are for sure going. Another 10 that are maybe’s and then Brent from our sister synagogue is having all his people go with us from now on. So we’re looking at between 20-40 people so far.
• So, this sounds like a lot that we’re doing. “How can we afford all this? The new Synagogue in Leavenworth, the new radio station, the concert and the tour to Israel etc. Aren’t we spreading ourselves too thin too fast????”• Nope, not at all…
• Money wise… The radio station is starting small. 300-400 dollars to get it started and no other costs until we decide to go bigger. So 300 or so and that’s done.
• The concert is 500 dollars total. One time cost. It’s great for PR too. I’m big into PR I know what it can do.• The tour, that pays for itself. No money
out of Beit Aveinu’s pocket it’s each individual who wants to go and we’re accepting deposits next week.
• The synagogue is going to cost us $120.00 per month. If one person up there comes and they make 1300 a month and they pay their tithes that covers the entire cost of the Synagogue there every month. If we get 2 people, we’re ahead of the game.
• Whoever wants to carpool up there can save gas money some of our people here have already donated their extra space.
• “So how much extra do we need per month to do all this????” Are you ready? What if half of our congregation quit tomorrow? We’re still ok! The tithes and offerings in this particular Synagogue are so evenly distributed that no one person or group can bring us down.• Doesn’t matter anyways, if something
can’t work, we don’t do it.
• Ok, what about time wise???• The tour will be two weeks out of our
lives. Worth every second.• The radio, we’re simply getting our feet
wet, if it takes too much time, we stop. We sell the equipment and we’re down roughly a 150 bucks.
• The synagogue in Leavenworth. We’re not doing Tuesday nights here anymore…• I’ll continue to do Tuesdays or whatever
night we do up there until Bob takes over. Then we’ll resume a midweek here.
• If Bob becomes ill and can’t do his work there, we fold it, that means it’s not the will of G-d and we try something else. If something gets too difficult, we stop. Nothing is engraven on stone except the tour. Me and Teresa are going.
Chuck quit we’re in complete agreement with that.• Next…
I was sitting at a stoplight yesterday, minding my own business, waiting for it to turn green. A carload of bearded, young, loud Muslims, shouting anti-American slogans,
with a half- burned American Flag duct taped on the trunk of their car, stopped next to me. The light changed, the Muslims praised Allah, shook their fists, hit the gas & darted off ahead of me.
Suddenly an 18-wheeler came speeding thru the intersection & ran directly over their car, crushing it completely, killing everyone in the car. For several minutes I sat in my car thinking to myself, "Man... that could have been me!"
So today, bright and early, I went out
and got a job as a truck driver.
“On the morning of the third day there was thunder and lightning, with a thick cloud over the mountain, and there was
the sounding of a very loud SHOFAR blast. Everyone in the camp trembled.”

Gen. 47:28-50:261 Kings 2:1-121 Peter 1:3-9
Vah Yechi Jan 7th, 2011Tevet 12, 5772
10 Now Isra'el's eyes were dim with age, so that he could not see. Yosef brought his sons near to him, and he kissed them and embraced them. 11 Isra'el said to Yosef, "I never expected to see even you again, but God has allowed me to see your children too!“
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
12 Yosef brought them out from between his legs and prostrated himself on the ground. 13 Then Yosef took them both, Efrayim in his right hand toward Isra'el's left hand and M'nasheh in his left hand toward Isra'el's right hand, and brought them near to him.
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
14 But Isra'el put out his right hand and laid it on the head of the younger one, Efrayim, and put his left hand on the head of M'nasheh - he intentionally crossed his hands, even though M'nasheh was the firstborn.
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
15 Then he blessed Yosef: "The God in whose presence my fathers Avraham and Yitz'chak lived, the God who has been my own shepherd all my life long to this day,
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
16 the angel who has rescued me from all harm, bless these boys. May they remember who I am and what I stand for, and likewise my fathers Avraham and Yitz'chak, who they were and what they stood for. And may they grow into teeming multitudes on the earth."
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
17 When Yosef saw that his father was laying his right hand on Efrayim's head, it displeased him, and he lifted up his father's hand to remove it from Efrayim's head and place it instead on M'nasheh's head.
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
18 Yosef said to his father, "Don't do it that way, my father; for this one is the firstborn. Put your right hand on his head."
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
19 But his father refused and said, "I know that, my son, I know it. He too will become a people, and he too will be great; nevertheless his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will grow into many nations."
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
20 Then he added this blessing on them that day: "Isra'el will speak of you in their own blessings by saying, 'May God make you like Efrayim and M'nasheh.'"Thus he put Efrayim ahead of M'nasheh.
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
21 Isra'el then said to Yosef, "You see that I am dying, but God will be with you and will bring you back to the land of your ancestors.
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
22 Moreover, I am giving to you Sh'khem, more than your brothers; I captured it from the Emori with my sword and bow." (Baruch HaShem)
Gen. 48:10 to end of chpt.
1 The time came near for David to die; so he commissioned Shlomo his son as follows: 2 "I am going the way of all the earth. Therefore, be strong; show yourself a man.
1 Kings 2:1-12
3 Observe the charge of ADONAI your God to go in his ways and keep his regulations, mitzvot, rulings and instructions in accordance with what is written in the Torah of Moshe; so that you will succeed in all you do and wherever you go.
1 Kings 2:1-12
4 If you do, ADONAI will fulfill what he promised me when he said, 'If your children pay attention to how they live, conducting themselves before me honestly with all their heart and being, you will never lack a man on the throne of Isra'el.'
1 Kings 2:1-12
5 "Moreover, you are aware of what Yo'av the son of Tz'ruyah did to me, that is, what he did to the two commanders of the armies of Isra'el, Avner the son of Ner and 'Amasa the son of Yeter - he killed them, shedding the blood of war in peacetime, putting the blood of war on the belt around his waist and the shoes on his feet.
1 Kings 2:1-12
6 Therefore, act according to your wisdom; don't let his gray head go down to the grave in peace. 7 "But show kindness to the sons of Barzillai the Gil'adi. Include them with those who eat at your table, because they came and stood with me when I was fleeing from Avshalom your brother.
1 Kings 2:1-12
8 "Finally, you have with you Shim'i the son of Gera the Binyamini, from Bachurim. He laid a terrible curse on me when I was on my way to Machanayim; but he came down to meet me at the Yarden; so I swore to him by ADONAI that I would not have him put to death with the sword.
1 Kings 2:1-12
9 Now, however, you should not let him go unpunished. You are a wise man, and you will know what you should do to him - you will bring his gray head down to the grave with blood." 10 Then David slept with his ancestors and was buried in the City of David.
1 Kings 2:1-12
11 David had ruled Isra'el for forty years - seven years in Hevron and thirty-three years in Yerushalayim. 12 Shlomo sat on the throne of David his father; and his rule had become firmly established,(Baruch HaShem)
1 Kings 2:1-12
3 Praised be God, Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who, in keeping with his great mercy, has caused us, through the resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah from the dead, to be born again to a living hope,
1 Peter 1:3-9
4 to an inheritance that cannot decay, spoil or fade, kept safe for you in heaven. 5 Meanwhile, through trusting, you are being protected by God's power for a deliverance ready to be revealed at the Last Time.
1 Peter 1:3-9
6 Rejoice in this, even though for a little while you may have to experience grief in various trials. 7 Even gold is tested for genuineness by fire. The purpose of these trials is so that your trust's genuineness, which is far more valuable than perishable gold, will be judged worthy of praise, glory and honor at the revealing of Yeshua the Messiah.
1 Peter 1:3-9
8 Without having seen him, you love him. Without seeing him now, but trusting in him, you continue to be full of joy that is glorious beyond words. 9 And you are receiving what your trust is aiming at, namely, your deliverance.
1 Peter 1:3-9

Who Are The Sons OfAbraham?
There are two major errors taught concerning Abraham’s children
First Error: Abraham had two sons; Isaac and Ishmael
Second Error: All Arabs are descended from Abraham via Ishmael
Genesis 22:2 which says - "And He said, "Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah; and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of…
the mountains of which I will tell you." They confirm this with Hebrews 11:17 - "By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac; and he who had received the promises was offering up his only begotten son."
Galatians 4:22 - "For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the bondwoman and one by the free woman."
Genesis 16:15-1615 And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son's name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael (G-d has listened).16 And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.(KJV)
Genesis 17:21“But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.” (NKJ)
Genesis 21:12But God said to Abraham, "Do not let it be displeasing in your sight because of the lad (Ishmael) or because of your bondwoman (Hagar). Whatever Sarah has said to you, listen to her voice; for in Isaac your seed shall be called.(NKJ)
Genesis 23:1And Sarah was an hundred and seven and twenty years old: these were the years of the life of Sarah.(KJV)
קטורה
“Hagar was the Egyptian handmaid of Sarah, the wife of Abraham. When Sarah found herself unable to have children, she arranged to make Hagar the concubine of Abraham, to start a family through her.”
Another commentator writes… “In Genesis 21:8-21 is the record of Hagar's departure from Sarah and Abraham. God ordered Abraham to send away the concubine Hagar and her son, and Abraham obeyed.
But what does the Torah say?Gen 16:1 Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children : and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. 2 And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing : I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her…
And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai. 3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife (isha).
Gen 25:1:1 Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.
But wait a second. 1rst Chron. 1:32 says… 32 Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine (philgesh): she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.
Even Wikipedia says… “Keturah is referred to as "Abraham's concubine" in the Bible.” You can’t believe everything on the internet.
קטורה
1 Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.
So now go back from verse 1 chapter 25 and go back six verses and it says… 62 And Isaac came from the way of the well Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country.
Gen 16:13 And she called the name of the LORD that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said , Have I also here looked after him that seeth me? 14 Wherefore the well was called Beerlahairoi ; behold, it is between Kadesh and Bered.
What was Isaac doing in Lahairoi??? Remember verse 62? And Isaac came from the way of the well Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country.
Let’s look at this againAnd Isaac came from the way of the Beer Lahairoi; for he dwelt in the south country. 6 verses then…Then Abraham added a wife, and her name was KeturahIt’s awfully close together.
The Targum Yohanaton is from the first century and it says… Then Abraham added a wife, it is Hagar, and her name was Keturah.
Genesis 10:6 The sons of Ham were Kush, Mitzrayim, Put and Kena'an
Gen 21:12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called .
It says this in English… 14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away : and she departed , and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.
Gen 21:14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread (lechem in Hebrew could be lots of lechem), and many flasks of water (plural) and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder…
and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and she strayed off (NOT wandered) in the wilderness of Beersheba.
So G-d helped her. Here’s what it says…Gen 21:15 And the water was spent in the bottle (they got down to their last flask), and she cast the child under one of the shrubs. 16 And she went , and sat her down over against him a good way off , as it were a bowshot : for she said , Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept .
17 And God heard the voice of the lad (notice… it doesn’t say that he heard HER voice, He heard the voice of the boy); and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? ( don’t you think the angel of G-d knew what the physical circumstances were? Really he was saying… “What’s wrong with you Hagar?) fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.
18 Arise , lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation. 19 And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water (it was right there); and she went , and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink .
We see the Hagarites clear down to the time of Saul in I Chron. 5:10 where it says… 10 And in the days of Saul they made war with the Hagarites, who fell by their hand: and they dwelt in their tents throughout all the east land of Gilead.
Because we see further down in 1 Chron 27:31 And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerite.
Genesis 25:2“And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.” (KJV)
Jokshan had two sons Sheba and DedanGenesis 25:3 “And Jokshan begat Sheba, and Dedan…” Sheba is the father of the Yemenites – the queen of Sheba is his descendant Dedan is the father of the Saudi Arabians – the city of Dedan is located near the modern city of Medina
Midian is of course the father of the Midianites that gave Israel so much trouble during the times of the JudgesZimran, Medan, Ishbak, and Shuah are the fathers of the following Arab nations: Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. Now we are up to 8 sons for Abraham, but there could be more…
Genesis 25:6But unto the sons of the concubines, which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country.(KJV)
Ezekiel 16:3And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.(KJV)
Yes, Abram came from Amorite/Syrian stock
Genesis 25:19-2019) These are the generations of Isaac, Abraham's son: Abraham begat Isaac:20) And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan-aram, the sister to Laban the Syrian.(KJV)
Genesis 22:23And Bethuel begat Rebekah: these eight Milcah did bear to Nahor, Abraham's brother.(KJV)
Genesis 15:7Then He said to him, "I am the LORD, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to inherit it."(NKJ)
Abraham and the Arab listTIES NO TIESJordanKuwait LibyaUAE & Bahrain MoroccoQatar AlgeriaYemen Tunisia Oman EgyptSyria Somalia
So, to summarize… There are two major errors taught concerning Abraham’s children
First Error: Abraham had two sons; Isaac and Ishmael. Abraham had at least 8 sons
Second Error: All Arabs are descended from Abraham via Ishmael. There were Arabs already in existence long before Abraham was born and Ishmael is the father of the Bedouin only.
Please stand for the benediction.
