YEAR 7 – LEVEL 1To gain the Level 1 Certificate you need to complete 10 challenges.Take part in a Tutor Group assemblyPrepare a Tutor Time activity Contribute to the Tutor/School CommunityContribute towards a Charity or fundraising Take part in two different House eventsAttend an extra-curricular club for 6 sessionsRepresent the school in a sport or at an eventParticipate in a school visit or overnight stayTake part in a group presentation in a lessonAttend Yr7 Parents Evening or Parent/CarerAchieve target grades in six subject areasAchieve over 95% attendance for 2 full termsHave no more than 3 lates for 2 full termsAchieve 150+ achievement points in 2 termsNo more than 3 behaviour logs for 2 full termsBe a Tutor Rep or Anti-bullying Ambassador
YEAR 11 – GOLD AWARD

YEAR 12 – PLATINUM AWARD
To gain the Platinum Certificate you need to complete 7 challenges
Achieve target grades in all subjects in both the Autumn and Spring Terms Attend Easter revision / Saturday classes or extra study provisionApply to be an RR6 AmbassadorBecome a member of an RR6 Committee Plan, lead and evaluate a project from beginning to endSecure your own Work Experience placementDeliver an academic programme to Lower School StudentsTake a lead role in school productions/eventsSuccessfully engage in the RR6 Enrichment ProgrammeContribute towards a Charity or fundraising
YEAR 9 – BRONZE AWARDTo gain the Bronze Certificate you need to complete 8 challenges.Have your academic/sporting/creative talents recognisedApply for the Mini Head Boy TeamPlan, deliver & evaluate a school initiativeExperience cutting edge Science /TechnologyParticipate in a half school assembly / or public speaking workshopAttend Yr9 Parents/Options EveningAchieve over 95% attendance for 2 full termsHave no more than 3 lates for 2 full termsHave no behaviour logs for 2 full termsBe nominated for a Jack Petchey AwardBe a Tutor Rep or Anti-bullying AmbassadorContribute to the Wider Community To achieve the Bronze Award you must contribute to the Wider Community
YEAR 13 – DIAMOND AWARD
To gain the Diamond Certificate you need to complete 7 challenges
Provide evidence of having attended a Summer School Provide evidence of preparing for the world of workAttend a Higher Education Taster Day Organise and lead a subject based discussion groupOrganise and lead a debating competition Organise and lead a half school assemblyOrganise and run a fundraising and/or RR6 event Become involved in a volunteering project within the Wider CommunityHave an offer to go to University
YEAR 10 – SILVER AWARD
EVIDENCE
To gain the Silver Certificate you need to complete 8 challenges.Take a starter session in a lesson Produce resources for a lessonAchieve over 95% attendance for 2 full termsParticipate in the Bronze DoE AwardApply for the Head Boy Team & be shortlistedHave your academic/sporting/creative talents recognisedBe nominated for a Jack Petchey AwardBe a Tutor Rep or Anti-bullying AmbassadorSecure your own Work Experience placementHelp with an after school club Participate in a half school assembly or a public speaking workshopContribute to the Wider CommunityTo achieve the Silver Award you must contribute to the Wider Community
In yr. 9-11 & in yr. 13 you must present evidence of your achievement by compiling an organised portfolio (file or folder). A wide variety of items can be used as evidence, as long as they clearly demonstrate the work you have done for a particular challenge. Your evidence must then be signed by an appropriate adult.
To gain the Gold Certificate you need to complete 8 challenges
Receive an offer to study at RR6Be entered for a GCSE exam in a language other than EnglishAttend Easter revision / Saturday classes or extra study provisionHave a new idea for improvement either at whole school level or class levelTake part in a peer mentoring schemeRepresent the school at two events / activitiesParticipate in a half school assemblyAchieve over 95% attendance for 2 full termsHave no lates for 2 full termsDeliver a presentation to a Tutor GroupLead a small group of peopleContribute to the Wider Community
To achieve the Gold Award you must contribute to the Wider Community
You must also index the sheets in your portfolio so that they can be cross-referenced with the challenges.
