Induction
Sit back, relax, and just close your eyes.
In just a few minutes, you’re going to find yourself completely relaxed…
Completely calm…
More relaxed than you’ve ever been before.
Begin to relax your body. As I guide you through each body part, I want you to just
feel that part begin to relax.
In order to help you relax, I want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful meadow.
It’s almost night time, and the sky is a deep blue.
You can see the stars coming out, making little points of light in the sky, and the
moon is lighting up the grassy meadow.
Nearby, you hear the hypnotic sounds of a bubbling brook, and the crickets
chirping in the distance seem to be lulling you to sleep.
As you relax totally and completely, you notice a relaxing white light just above
your head.
It’s so relaxing, as it begins to descend down to the top of your head, you find
yourself able to completely relax…

And each part this light touches just helps you relax deeper, letting you relax
deeper and deeper with every breath you take.
Lowering further now, it begins to touch your forehead.
Relaxing further, you feel that completely relaxing light coming down around the
eyes, and your eyelids become sooo heavy, so heavy they just don’t even want to
open.
The relaxation comes further down around your face…
Your nose, your mouth, your cheeks…
And all the little muscles in your face begin to relax completely and totally…
And the relaxation moves out around your ears, massaging and relaxing them as
you relax deeper, deeper and deeper still…
Completely relaxed.
Completely comfortable.
The relaxation continues to flow through your body, further down…
And you can feel your lower jawbone become heavy.
As you feel deeper and deeper relaxed.
The light comes further down to the back of your neck now, down around the
shoulders…
And it feels like the weight of the world gets lifted off your shoulders, and you let
them drop a little as they relax completely, totally, and easily.
And as you do, the relaxation seeps into your backbone and begins to go right
down your spine…
Relaxing out to the sides as it goes, smoothing, expanding, relaxing deeper and
deeper down…

And every muscle, every fiber of your being begins to relax.
The relaxation seems to come now to the small of the back, and down further
around your waist and begins to relax down your legs.
You can feel that warm sensation of relaxation, as if you’re right about to fall
asleep, that last moment of consciousness before you’re completely, totally
relaxed…
And the relaxation goes down to back of the thigh now, through your knees,
around your legs, encircling and relaxing down each muscle as it goes down
around the heel of your foot…
And as it reaches the bottom of your feet, it seems to spread, relaxing all the
tension you didn’t even know was there right away, letting it just relax right away.
Each and every toe begins to relax even more, and more, as you go deeper,
deeper, and even deeper.
Peaceful, calm.
Relaxed completely.
Now, just let your body do whatever it needs to do in order to double your
relaxation.
Shift your body if you need to, and let it settle down even more relaxed than you
just were.
And notice that relaxation, still flowing through your body…
Relaxing your throat and tongue, that area around your collar bone, and drop
deeper and deeper with each and every breath you take.
That relaxing light seems to fill your whole body now, flowing down the fronts of
the shoulders and relaxing them further…

It almost seems to seek out any area that isn’t completely and totally relaxed and
smoothes it out, massages it, stretches it just a little and relaxes away all the
tension more and more…
And you find yourself going even deeper, soooo deep.
As you continue to relax, the light flows through your chest and finds all those
little areas of tiny tension, and begins to relax those too…
Even the muscles and organs within your chest just begin to relax.
And the stomach and abs begin to relax too, just letting your body sit there.
And you may feel almost as if you’re floating on this warm sensation of relaxation
as it goes down your legs, relaxing the thighs completely and totally…
Deeper and deeper, relax deeper, and you continue deeper, and even deeper
calm, very, very relaxed.
And now that you’re here, feeling sooo relaxed, so wonderful, and able to enjoy
yourself in total relaxation.
Completely relaxed and ready to learn even more…Go ahead and remain in
hypnosis.
Treasure Chest
While relaxing fully and completely, it’s time to open up your treasure chest.
Put any stray thoughts, worries, or concerns into it.
As you’ve done so many times in the past.
Put any distracting or unhelpful thoughts in there now.
I’ll give you another moment to put it all away.
And when you’re finished you can shut the lid tight.
And find yourself refocused and relaxed, ready to go even deeper into hypnosis.

Tense & Relax Technique
Now we’re going to do the tense & relax technique.
This technique will help you go way deeper into hypnosis in only a few seconds.
It works by tensing the muscles in your body, and letting go, relaxing everything in
your body, so your body is more relaxed than when you started.
So let’s begin.
I want you to start by tensing the muscles in your head, face, and neck area.
Tense those muscles for a few seconds…and relax completely.
Take a deep breath in and fully relax. Good.
Now go ahead and tense the muscles from the top of your head, down to your
arms, hands, and fingers.
Put your hands into fists and tense all of those muscles now for just a few
seconds… and relax completely.
Let go of all of the tension now.
Allow all of the tension to dissipate, as your body fills up with relaxation. Good.
Let’s do it again.
Tense your muscles from the top of your head, down to the tips of your fingers.
Also, tense your chest and stomach muscles too.
Tense all of those muscles for a few seconds… and relax completely.
Take in a nice, deep breath.
It feels like your entire body is breathing in nice, rich oxygen…remaining totally
calm, comfortable, and relaxed.

Let’s do it one more time, but with your entire body.
Not yet, but in a moment we’re going to tense your entire body.
When you’re finished, you’re going to go way, way, down.
Way deeper into hypnosis than you’ve ever known yourself to be.
Your unconscious will relax down, deeper, and faster into hypnosis than you’ve
ever been before.
Let’s begin.
Go ahead and tense everything, from the top of your head, down to the tips of
your fingers, down to your chest, stomach, legs, feet, and your toes.
Tense everything for a few seconds… and let it all go.
Relax, collapse, and go down, deeper into hypnosis.
Take a nice, deep breath in… and out… letting go of all the tension.
Allow your muscles to become softer and relaxed.
Your body feels heavy, like a big rock, as it’s going way, way deeper into hypnosis
now. Good.
Right now, as you’re in hypnosis, you are experiencing the Alpha State.
Let’s go even deeper.

Soon you’ll reach the Theta state.
This is the state you can use to live your dreams... literally.
When you reach that state, you may realize that your senses are particularly
enhanced and tuned in to notice all the positive things around you.
Perhaps you’ll be able to see pictures in your mind more vividly.
Maybe you’ll be more aware of how comfortable your body is as you’re relaxing
deeper.
Or maybe you’ll be especially tuned in to how the sound of my voice seems to be

It’s time to go down, deeper into total blissful relaxation.

Maintaining all of those wonderful feelings, you can imagine…
You’re at the top of your staircase.
The same one you’ve been to many times before.
This means it’s time to go deeper into hypnosis.
Go ahead and take the first step down… 10 times more relaxed…
Knowing that with every step you take you’ll continue to feel 10 times more
relaxed…
9, deeper and deeper. Feeling so relaxed and tranquil…
8… even deeper. Feel yourself go down, even deeper into hypnosis now.
7… times deeper than you were before….
6…deeper and deeper.
5… Way, way down now. Noticing you’re breathing deeper as your awareness
turns inside.
4… Even lower. You’re almost at that wonderful place of peace and tranquility…

Zip File Technique
Remember those suggestions on that sheet of paper?
Think about the ones you remember consciously, and let your unconscious just fill
in any blanks.
It doesn’t even matter if you don’t remember any of them, just imagine that piece
of paper now, folded and zipped up into a nice, tight little package, just like a zip
file, and imagine that page streaming up into your mind,
beginning to upload into your unconscious.
Imagine them just streaming out of the paper and streaming right into your mind,
letting the whole thing upload itself to your brain.
Let all the suggestions get in there…
And once it’s all inside, go ahead and imagine them expanding, unzipping that
package, and each suggestion knows just where to go inside your mind.
Imagine all the information getting placed deep into your brain.
Just let your mind set all of those suggestions running, all at once...
Letting yourself focus on each one, noticing where it is, how it’s beginning to
change your perception of your life.
Notice all the images, all the sounds, all the feelings coming through, right into
your mind, and beginning to actualize themselves, right now.

Locking into place and beginning to set in place those new patterns and changing

Control Room Intro
Now it’s time to go into your control room.
You know where it is.
Over there is your Control Room Manual, right there on the table where you left it
last time.
Go ahead and review it, and notice a new chapter you haven’t seen before.
This chapter is titled “The Theta State (or the Dream State).”
Go to that chapter, and flip through all the pages.
You know what to do.
Go ahead and flip through the pages, scanning for the things you need, and
turning to the next page.
And as you’re going through the pages, allow your unconscious to reach the end
of that chapter.
Good. Now that you’ve completed your training, let’s make a few changes…
Control Room Middle
In your control room you see a solid, big, and heavy switch that’s labeled
“Dreams.” This switch has the ability to make your dreams more effective and
more powerful.
Because the smartest people in the world use the dream state to relax, process,
and enhance their quality of life.
Go ahead and lift your hand onto that switch’s solid handle... and slowly start to
pull it down.

You can feel the pressure and resistance of the switch.
And as you start to pull it down, slowly at first, your unconscious mind is turning
up the settings for your dreams.
Your positive dreams are going to become more vivid, and more empowering.
Your unconscious will use your dreams as a channel to communicate clear,
positive learnings to you consciously.
Continue pulling that switch all the way down...
Knowing that as your dreams get more interesting and creative, they’ll start
resolving more things in your life.
You’ll come up with new ideas and solutions to old problems.

In the control room you see a dial, and around that dial are the words Alpha,
Beta, Theta, and Delta.
It most likely says that you’re in Theta. But just to make absolutely sure,
notice where that dial is.
See where it is right now.
Maybe you’re at Alpha, maybe Beta, or you might already be at Theta.
Trust that your unconscious knows where you are... and, if it’s not in Theta,
slowwwly turn the dial toward Theta.
If it’s already in Theta, then leave it in place.
Or spin it down, even deeper, not quite to Delta yet, but to the deeper
stages of Theta.

Breathing in... and out... allow your unconscious to spin that dial, and notice that
you’re falling deeper and deeper into hypnosis.
Because it’s time to live your dreams.
It’s time to enhance your dreams now.
Over on another panel you see a lever that helps your dreams to reinforce your
state of hypnosis.
Go over to that lever and push it in such a way that solidifies everything you’re
learning in this session.
And next to that lever you see an array of buttons that activate your desire to
keep a dream journal.
Every time you wake up the first thing you do is grab that journal and write down
everything you can, everything you remember about the dream you were just in.
These buttons will help you to do that.
Press those buttons, and notice how they affect your brain.
You’re excited about keeping a dream journal.
This journal helps your unconscious to communicate all sorts of positive learnings
to you consciously.
Control Room End
And go ahead and turn any other switches, flip any other levers, or set any dials
you need to in order to fulfill your intention completely.
As you do, you may notice a tingling sensation in your body as the changes settle
into place.
Your body will send you some kind of positive signal in order to let you know it’s
listening, it’s working, and that it loves you.

Your unconscious mind loves your guidance. And it lives to serve you.
Go ahead and take as much or as little time as you like in the next few minutes…
And move those dials in whatever way is the healthiest and most appropriate for
your intention.
Notice how moving those dials is affecting your body. Notice how they’re

Affecting your thoughts…Affecting your feelings….Affecting your emotions…

Toward your goals.

And like all control rooms, it may need adjusting as you move closer toward your
intention.

So every time you come back, it will become easier and easier to make changes,
and to have them stick.
Dream Replay Technique
As this session is coming to a close, your unconscious can remember everything
we did.
You learned how to go deeper into the Theta state.
You learned how to make your dreams more vivid and more powerful.
You learned how to get more positive messages in your sleep.
Your unconscious is getting better at problem-solving.
I’d like to suggest that your unconscious integrate everything you learned just
now into your dreams.
Your unconscious can start living these suggestions as a dream.
Every time you go to sleep, these suggestions will grow stronger and more
powerful.
They’ll be rooted deeply into your unconscious.
It’ll be easy for you to act on all of these positive suggestions in your dreams.
They’ll translate outside of your dreams when you wake up, so your unconscious
can guide you toward achieving your goals.
You’ll be able to enter your dreams more fully.
Your unconscious is even planning your dreams, connecting them to this session

Wake Up
Now in a moment, I’m going to count from 1 to 10.
With each number I count, you’ll come 1/10th of the way back into the room.
And when you wake up, you’ll have two choices depending on your mood.
If you’re listening to this at night and you want to go to bed, then you’ll find it
easy to do so.
You’ll be able to wake up from trance and fall asleep in bed.
And you’ll enjoy a nice, relaxing, peaceful night’s sleep.
Or nap, depending on what you want.
However, if it’s in the middle of the day and you still have things to do…
You’ll experience that you’ll wake up feeling wide awake.
You’ll be fully awake and energized.
You’ll have tons of positive energy and be ready to brightly face the rest of your
day.
You’ll find it easy to feel awake and energized throughout your day – depending
on what you want to feel.
Ready? It’s time to come out.
1… Take a deep breath, and begin to move your toes a little, bringing awakeness
back into your body.
