TELEDATA NETWORKS AND ITALTEL SIGN OEM AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP NEXT GENERATION NETWORKS Amsterdam, Netherlands, November 22, 2004 - Teledata Networks, a leading provider of wireline access products and network solutions for telecom operators and service providers worldwide, and Italtel, one of the world's leaders in integrated voice, data and video telecommunications networks, have signed an OEM worldwide agreement for strategic cooperation. The agreement covers the sales of a joint solution composed of Italtel’s iMSS (Italtel Multi Service Solution) product line for Next Generation converged Networks and Teledata Networks’ last mile access systems for current and new networks.
