Telecom Test and Repair Laboratories is a leading provider of repair services and solutions for companies looking for the best service and highest value from their supply chain. TT&RL offers repair and refurbishment services for current generation equipment still being installed today, equipment just coming out of warranty, and legacy equipment still in use. We repair wire-line, wireless, transport, data, network, outside plant and test equipment. We also offer customers Emergency Advance Replacement Service, Full System Test and Turn-Up, Maintenance Agreements, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 System Support.

TT&RL repair operations are compliant with the TL9000 elements and as a result maintain some of the best and most consistent repair yields in the industry. We are equipped and staffed to provide an in-house turnaround time that averages 6 business days, which makes us one of the best in the industry.

At TT&RL we pride ourselves on our

state of the art testing facility that is

and repair capabilities by obtaining

the latest equipment/technology for

our test lab and training our techni-

cians to the highest standards.

All equipment is thoroughly tested

with traffic simulated performance

tests. We have a variety of networks

built within our test lab that simulate

live networks of many of our custom-

ers,. The enables us to duplicate live

network scenarios and help us to

provide them the most comprehen-

sive technical support we can. We

also keep a variety of older legacy

equipment in our test lab to undergo

interoperability test between today’s

and yesterday’s technology.

Our Repair Process:

❶Receiving: We match your PO to equipment received to ensure

accuracy. All discrepancies are forwarded to customer service for res-

olution with the customer.

❷Inbound Inspection: Our technicians will thoroughly inspect each

unit for completeness, and look for physical damage to ensure each

unit can safely be installed into the appropriate shelf for testing.

❸System Level Testing: The system is provisioned for the specific

card, and the card is installed. If the unit boots up properly, it is then

tested using our properly cross connected in-lab network using state

of the art test equipment, ensuring thorough, real work level testing.

All testing is accomplished while running maximum traffic or load on

the unit, as appropriate.

❹Repair: Our technicians will replace all commonalty failing com-

ponents, then troubleshoot and repair the unit to manufacture’s spec-

ifications.

❺Re-Test: All repaired units are tested again (Step 3 above) to en-

sure proper operation to manufacturer specifications.

❻Burn-In: each repaired unit is left in the system under load or

with traffic and is burned in overnight.

❼Final Test: After burn-in each unit is teste once again to catch any

thermal issues.

❽Quality Inspection: An inspector will perform a random sampling

g of each lot repaired. They inspect for cosmetics, quality of workman-

ship and will retest the unit for proper operation.

❾Shipping: We can ship your units as complete orders or as they

are repaired individually.
