Mercers is a Real Estate Company based in Spain. I was the Office Manager and my duties included responsibility for selling property by actioning sales leads produced from the company's web site, other various property web sites, telephone calls, and clients visiting the office. I arranged inspection flights for clients from the UK and had a 99% success rate from inspection flights. My other responsibilities were overseeing the office and giving guidance to the other members of staff. Undertaking marketing promotions and email campaigns. Also represented the company at various UK based property exhibitions eg. A Place in the Sun.
