General Specifications
TEKNOPOOL units are designed by R&D Department in 8 models for pools with water surface between 50m2-500m2. They used for dehumidification process of the pools. They come with automation panel. Thereby, the cost for installation and operation will be minimized thanks to plug and play design. It consist of three sections, Fan, Heat Recovery and Dehumidification.
Fan Section
The return air goes into dehumidification process and comes to Fan section. Fan section blows dehudified air back to pool area. There are three different types of application in this secton; Belt driven, Plug fan and EC Plug fan.
Heat Recovery Section
Two types of heat recovery systems are available with TEKNOPOOL units; Heat Pipe and Plate Type.It is possible to consume less energy while reaching higher dehumidification values by using heat recovery systems in swimming pool air handling units.
Dehumidification section
TEKNOPOOL units have two types of dehumudification systems; In heat recovery systems and with mechanical cooling. R407C refrigerant is used in mechanical cooling systems. The components of the systems are; compressor,condenser, evaporator,expansion valve,dryer,selenoid valve,suction accumulator, liquid tank . High performance scroll compressors are preferred in this system.

Components
Body
The body of TEKNOPOOL units consist of eloxal coated corrosion resistant aluminium profiles . The panels are produced with special gasketing to prevent any contact between inner and outer sheet metals. The 50mm panels which has 70kg/m3 rockwool in density . The sheet metal which is 275gr/m2 galvanised coated and RAL9002 coated is used as standard component for all sheet metal applications.Thereby TEKNOPOOL units offer corrosion resistance.
Compressor
High performance Scroll compressors are used in TEKNOPOOL units. Cooling chamber and compressor are designed at the same cell . This design offers easy start up of the unit. R407C refrigerant is used in the system.Pressure sensors at the suction and forcing side saves compressor and the system.
Evaporator
Direct expansion exchangers are used in TEKNOPOOL units for dehumidification of return air. The surface of the evaporators are hydrophilic coated. The body is epoxy painted.
Drain System
Due to high condensation,TEKNOPOOL Units has a safe,easy and fast drain system to discharge water from the system. The drain pan designed by R&d department of TEKNOGEN is made up of stainless steel and it collects water to a single point and discharge water immediately. Syphon is a standard application in all TEKNOPOOL units and it easily removes drain to water network.

Components
Fan/Motor
Three types of fan applications are possible in TEKNOPOOL units; belt driven,Plug Fan,EC Plug Fan.
Condenser
The refrigerant gas is vaporised during cooling process of air and it condensates(turns to liqid) again in condenser.
Heat recovery
Two types of heat recovery systems are available with TEKNOPOOL units; Heat Pipe and Plate Type. Both systems work on same principle. Thye produce energy efficiency through bringing condenser and evaporator inlet air temperatures to optimum working conditions by using energy coming form dehumidifiated return air.
Filter
G4 Panel filters are standard in TEKNOPOOL units on fresh air and return air directions. M5, M6, F7, F8, F9 bag filters are optional.

Automation
TEKNOPOOLunits are produced with full automation control system. All scenarios are defined in automation system which lets the user have plug and play unit. Thereby , start procedure will be very easy after duct,drain and power connections. There are four different scenarios for dehumidification prcess in TEKNOPOOL units;
Winter(Night)-Dehumidification On
This scenario is active during non-common usage of the pool. The unit works with %100 fresh air. The cooling chamber works and dehumidification is on.
Winter(Night)-Dehumidification Off
This scenario is active if pool is not used. The unit works with %100 fresh air. The cooling chamber does not work and dehumidification is off.The heater is on.
Winter(Day)-Dehumidification On
This scenario is active during common usage of the pool. The unit works with %75 fresh air and %25 return air. The cooling chamber Works and dehumidification is on. The heater will start if it is needed. This is the scenario that the unit works with full capacity.
SummerThis scenario is active if outer and inner temperaturs are close to each other.The unit works with %100 fresh air. The cooling chamber does not work . The heater will start if it is needed.

Automation System
TEKNOPOOL units specially designed automation cards. This card can control ,blowing and suction fans, safety of cooling chamber, damper on the unit,constant flow of the fans. The control panel could be connected till 200m . away from the unit. Weekly programming, filter dirtiness alarm, operation and fault signals are available.

The e number will be 15 since it is a residence pool.
The quantitiy of the evaporation from the pool surface,W
