DILG Region 2 is in need of the following employees under Contract ofService (COS) to be stationed at the Information Systems andTechnology Management Unit (ISTMU) under the Office of theRegional Director (ORD) of DILG Regional Office 02, Tuguegarao City,Cagayan:

One (1) Data Analyst (SG 14) -— PhP 27,755.00

1. Education:

» Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics andBusiness Studies.

2. Experience:

» At least two (2) years of relevant work experience;» Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in

understanding data requirements and handling large data sets;and

» At least two (2) years of experience in the use of MS Excel andG-Sheets.

3. Qualifications:

Ability to work with numbers;Proficient with the use of Excel and Google Sheet;Creating dashboards and reports from scratch;Must have technical working knowledge on the following:

e Data Cleaninge Data Analysis

» Intermediate level technical writing and communication skillse Conduct research and write-up relative to data quality

managemente Prepares draft memorandum letter

» Interpersonal skills

4. Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing of data and coming up with reports on inventory ofICT equipment, maintenance of ICT equipment, technicalassistance and other ICT related information;Validate data to ensure the quality, validity and accuracy of thecontent;Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems within theregion;Conduct research and collect data which will help in continualdevelopmentof ICT in the Region;Work with Database Administrator to correct data qualityerrors;Coordinate with Budget Section of FAD re Budget under theMITHI-ISSP;Coordinate with Database Administrator, NetworkAdministrator and IT Technical Specialist on reports to becommunicated to the management;Determine root cause for data quality error and makerecommendations for solutions;Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality;Develop and execute data cleanup measures;Maintain a record of original data and corrected data;Ensure adherence to data quality standards;Resolve all internal data exceptions in timely and accuratemanner;Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality;Analyzed, query and manipulate data according to definedbusiness rules and procedures; andPerform other related task as assigned under the supervisionof the Regional Information and Technology Officer (RITO).
