密封材料外购，密封圈通过硫化或金属紧固件固定在阀体内部，需要定期停机检修和保养更换，无法修，属于易损件，不耐久。

轴端的密封特性 KSB-AMRI自行开发的橡胶套，利用阀板和衬里间的球面接触及内衬的密封，达到永久的密封效果，完全免维护。

不是100%的达到密封效果，需要额外的辅助填料密封，所以需要定期的更换填料，进行保养。

填料无须填料，AMRI阀门是完全免维护的。需要，因为阀轴部分暴露在介质中。

阀板同阀轴间的连接阀板从外面来看是完整的一块，通过内部的组键和花键与阀轴连接，阀轴保持完全干燥，不与流体接触，无需考虑防腐处理，只需考虑物理特性和强度

通过外部的销钉和螺母，可能在连接处产生泄露和电化学腐蚀，不适合用于海水介质，同时销钉容易腐蚀而断裂，造成阀门无法正常开启

阀门与流体接触的部件的数量两个部件，橡胶套和阀板，阀体和阀轴则完全干燥，不会产生内部的腐蚀。长期的可靠运行业绩可以说明

由于密封的原因和质量，以及橡胶套的质量，所有部件都有可能产生腐蚀，内部腐蚀会逐渐扩大，一旦橡胶套出现问题则很难通过修补或更换橡胶套来解决

中线型蝶阀和偏心蝶阀的优劣比较

在关闭位置时的正向紧栓效果在阀门完全关闭到90度，以及90度正负3度的位置均能达到100%紧栓的效果，同时可以通过橡胶套来灵活地调整受力和密封角度，完全双向密封

只在不确定的有限角度内可以实现紧栓，且由于阀门橡胶阀座紧固在阀体上，因而很难灵活调整以提供最佳密封效果，压差变化可能导致泄漏

在阀轴，轴承，阀体内部是否会出现腐蚀

With the valve heated in a fire application, the

non-metal material parts such as seat sealing

ring of PTFE, stem back seat bonnet might

disintegrate or be damaged due to high

The blow-out proof design has been

adopted for the stem to ensure that even

if the pressure in the body cavity is risen

accidentally and the packing flange

becomes invalid, the stem may not be

blown out by medium. The stem

features the design with a backseat,

being assembled from underneath. The

sealing force against the backseat gets

higher as the medium pressure

becomes higher. So the reliable seal of

the stem can be assured under variable

medium pressure.
