Value-Added Opportunities

The Canadian Agricultural Partnership (CAP) is a five year, $388 million investment by federal and provincial governments in strategic initiatives for Saskatchewan agriculture.

The suite of programs includes funding to increase competitiveness through productivity and safety.

The following programs provide funding for the value-added sector:

• The Food Safety for Processors Program is designed to enhance and maintain food safety by providing assessments, education/training and rebates to food processors.
