Overview

This project is about deploying the desktop machine for around 1800 users.The process begins from the delivery of machines from HP, delivery verification, Internal assest tagging, movement to the staging room, imageblasting, application installation, installation verification by engineer, Installation verification by end users, old setting information capturing, deployement to the user table, resettle the old user setting and sign-off from users.

So this document (Project plan) will drive us to acomplish the project and it's internal processes those are mentioned above within the given timeframewith delegated persons.

Risk Factor

Factors those will contribute to delayness on the project

Counter parting the above factors

Timely escalation to the resource provider (Human/Materials) Train the process, Process documentation, Change the resource Change the time shift and fix the task in not business peak hours Escalate to the concern department or change the device or software Report to the Nomura IT team, (Note: this is main factor in most of the deployments so Nomura team should interfere on this)Risk factor calculation

Targets and deadline

Twenty machines per day (That inludes entire flow process diagrammed on slide 3
