• Email is not private• School email is for educational
purposes• All email must follow AUP guidelines• Never send an email to all schools for
personal gain, including selling items, giving away pets, chain letters, etc.
• Never send confidential student information via email - FERPA Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
GroupWise
• Allows users to check both Internet and internal (school) e-mail from anywhere there is an Internet connection.

E-mail • All Usernames are in a standard format:• Teachers and Staff –
First Initial Last Name period(.) school [email protected]([email protected]).bat, .boy, .bps, .cca, .cse, .ges, .hhs .hms, .lms, .lfo, .res, .rms, .rhs, .rps, .tce, .wes, .wse
• Administrators and Central Office staff-First Initial Last [email protected]([email protected]) nurses, techs, psychologists, social workers, etc.
Click on Employee link.
Click on Webmail link
Click Primary Server to login.
Click System Status to check school server status.
All Usernames are in a standard format:
Web Access Login – School Initials, Period, First Initial, Last Name then password. Example:
Username: boe.kdavis
wes.jdoe
Password is usually first initial last initial last 4 digits of SSN -
jd9999
Click Login
CalendarClick on Subject to
read email.
Logout when
finished
Logout is VERY important!! If you do no logout it could leave a connection open and interfere with logging in at school. AND it could allow someone else using the computer to read your email.

Login with User Name: first initial, last name, school initials. (jdoe.bat) Password is teacher and you will be forced to change it immediately. Passwords must be changed at the beginning of each month.There will be training in each school.
