• Set-up the measurement of P2P storage and servers in APAN.

• Emphasis of the group is to provide platform and forum for open discussion on P2P.

• Move P2P to User community as it is more on the application then the underlying technology

• Enhance collaboration through updating members’ activities on WG’s WWW, through information sharing

• Update and understand what each of us is doing individually

• Web Pages will be completed by Mid September 2002

• Move towards more collaborations and support for distance learning over satellite networks and applications on satellite networks. (Collaborate with EDU and Manufacturing WG and Multimedia WG).

• VOIP successful in AU. It has Qos using ToS bits. Supporting for video is been carried out with WFQ and LLQ.

• Osaka-NTU project has a dedicated link between the two places. Some projects, eg. MEG, SIBBS.

• Internet E2E performance. APAN JP joined Stanford Uni. high energy Physic group. Members should be remote hosts to the server at APAN-JP.
