ABRA was established in 1996 in Opole. The company mainly operates in the area of stone industry.

ABRA provides stone companies with tools and materials for stone pro-cessing and with lettering and tomb graphics systems. The company also produces professional sandblasting machines - Sandmaster series, sandblasting tables, engraving machines, cutting machines, and edge profiling machines.

Several hundred machines produced by Abra are used by stone com-panies in Poland and abroad. Moreover, company exports its products to such countries as Lithuania, England, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Czech

Sandmaster mobile

Sandmaster Mobile sandblasting machine is a perfect machine for pro-fessionals who want to save time when they make letterings on tomb slabs. Thanks to this machine, it is possible to sandblast letters directly on tombs, which saves time that would be spent on uninstalling the tomb slab and its transport to a stone plant. Depending on the used sandblasting technology, injector or pressure sandblasting machine with cabin may be used to sandblasting pho-totechnology, glass, lettering or other small metal elements. It has a closed abrasive circuit, which makes its operation very easy and econo-mical. It is equipped with an automatic system of extraction and dust filtration. In order to make the work more comfortable, lighting has

Cutting machine D 2000

The saw is used mainly for cutting small stone elements and cutting stone outside the plant. The principle of operation is based on automa-tic movement, whose speed is controlled by inverter. Transverse move-ment of the whole support with the saw takes place on slides and the material is still. This way we achieve a precision that cannot be compa-red to the situation when a stone is moving. Modern cylindrical slides together with a special bearing ensure easy and precise movement and they are resistant to all pollutions and moisture. A special pump sunk in a trough, where the water goes is responsible for water cooling circuit. It allowed for creating a closed water circuit and for working in various places on site or in plants where there is no such closed water circuit.

Possibility of dismantling legs makes the transport of the machine much easier. Diamond saw with 300mm diameter is driven by a 3-phase 3 kW engine.

The cutting machine has a tiltable support and is capable of 45° cutting. The machine can be also equipped with side roll feeders, which make working with particularly long materials easier.
