- Produced after 09-01-2019 and - Equipped with the BLACK fuel tank with Fuel Level Gauge.

Description of Problem: Improper fuel line routing Solution: Re-route fuel line Tools Required: Pliers Fuel Container Parts Required for Tank Replacement: 6” Cable Tie Safety Warning:

- Always wear safety glasses - Use caution when handling gasoline. Drain tank in an open area free of sparks, open flame

or other ignition sources. Procedure: Fuel Shutoff and line removal:

1- Close the fuel line shutoff on the engine. (Ref Fig 1) 2- If the tank is not empty, drain the fuel tank into an approved container by loosening the line

clamp and disconnecting the fuel line on the bottom of the tank. With tank empty, proceed to next steps (Ref Fig 2)

Fuel Line Routing:

1- Route the loose end of the fuel line through the engine throttle shield grommet such that the filter lies flat and line routes up through the shield towards the front of the vehicle. (Ref Figs 3 and 4)

2- Re-attach the loose end of the fuel line to the bottom outlet of the tank and re-install line clamp.

3- Using a Cable tie, loosely attach the line to the fuel tank bracket as shown. (Ref Fig 5) 4- Completed fuel line routing should allow for plenty of slack and maintain distance to eliminate

any potential contact with the throttle lever. (Ref Fig 6) 5- Turn on Engine Fuel shut off valve, refill tank and inspect for any fuel leaks prior to starting

the vehicle.
