TECHNICAL OFFICE AND PRODUCTION UNITS.Our company has two production units:

the first unit, is based in Cambiago (Milan) with a production

area of 2.700 mq where a warehouse for raw materials storage

is located and where the Production Department performs

the manufacture of finned tubes, the assembling construction

of heat exchangers with finned tubes and tubular heat

exchanger with smooth simples pipes;

the second production unit, is located in Trezzano Rosa

(Milano) with a production area of 2.400 mq, where the

finned pack coil heat exchangers are designed and built.

In this unit are also located our Administrative and Executive

offices, including an advanced technical design office working

with a modern technology system of drawing CAD 2D and

modeling 3D.

COMPANY PROFILE.3S Saldature Speciali Segrate Srl was established in 1970. Since from its origin the Company was oriented to the design andproduction of equipment-components which are widely used in all thermal heat exchange industrial applications, through the construction and supply of heat exchangers tested in accordance with the different international standard regulations.

3S Srl has more then forty years of experience inside to the market. Our experience is characterized by a continuous technical improvement in terms of design and equipment construction, supported by appropriated business decisions, that have allowed us to follow the development of the European and international markets through the use of innovative technologies for the production of all our components.

CERTIFICATIONS

CERTIFICATES AND TEST.

3S Srl has obtained few years ago the certification ISO 9001/2000 in compliance with all quality standards and operative guidelines required by the international regulations. We adopted a software system of calculus and thermodynamic development for our heat exchangers, in compliance with the EUROVENT standards for which we have beencertified since year 2010.We also carry out specific tests on our heat exchangers which aresupplied in according to the construction standards and guidelines issued by the main international notified inspection bodies.

This allows us to work closely with important Clients who areinvolved in the field of the pollution reduction and environmentimprovement, including a reduction of the production cost connected with the equipment-plants where these solvents areused. In particular: the screen printing industry, the paper andwood processing industry and other important applications.

The use of our heat exchangers on these special applications, has enabled us to become suppliers of the main European Customers and Contractors.

HEAT RECOVERYWe are able to supply thermal heat exchangers for special applications used in the industry of energy recovery such as:equipment for energy conversion of biomass, industrial plants
