. The technical meeting will take place on July 19, 2018 at 10:00h at the Corporación Universitaria de la Costa CUC Room 3 in the city of Barranquilla.
Up to two representatives from each NOC may attend this technical meeting.
The Technical Delegate and the Competition Manager will chair the meeting.
Judges may not take part in this meeting,PATU will be responsible for the Technical Meeting
ELIGIBILITYTo participate in the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games, Barranquilla 2018, the competitor must be subject to the Central American and Caribbean Games Rules and to the Rules of the World TAEKWONDO Federation, (WTF) and must be entered by its NOC ac- cording to the provisions of Chapter XI of CACSO Statute.

ENTRIES
The organizing committe will send entry forms six months before the inauguration of the GamesAll qualified countries must send their Entry requests in the official forms that will be published in the Central American and Caribbean Games 2018 webpage. The forms must be printed, with all signatu-res and must be submitted to the organizing committee before the deadline set for entry closing.
All countries through the corresponding National Olympic Commit-tee, must send their Sport Entry requests in the official forms that the Organizing Committee will send at the latest at 24:00 hours (Colom-bian time) on February 20, 2018. They must indicate in the form the sports in which they will participate in the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games “Barranquilla 2018”. (The forms that will be publi-shed in the official WEB site: www.Baq2018.com. If recognized by the Pan American Confederation of said sport and CACSO, Associate Members may also be allowed to participate.
ENTRY BY NUMBER
The Entry by Number forms (indicating the number of participants in each individual event and per team) shall be sent to the Organi-zing Committee of the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games (COBAR 2018) at the latest before midnight (Barranquilla, Colombia’s time) of April 20, 2018 according to CACSO’s Regulation, Chapter VIII.

ENTRY BY NUMBER
The entries by name must be submitted by the correspon-ding NOC and must be received at the central office of the Games CACSO BARRANQUILLA 2018, before midnight of April 20, 2018. The number of athletes in each team must be indicated. Entries may be sent by fax or by mail to comply with the deadline and must be confirmed in writing before April 30, 2018.
Each NOC shall send the entry by number and entry by name forms in the official forms provided by the Organizing Commi-ttee, to be delivered six (6) months before the Games.

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION
For an event to be considered official at least five (5) repre-sentations must participate from the same number of National Olympic Committees. In the event one or more representa-tions, after the Technical Meeting takes place, may not parti-cipate due to force majeure (verified by CACSO) the event will be carried out with a minimum of four (4) representations of the same number of National Olympic Committees.
