The home page is a dynamic source of information with updates posted daily.

The home page contains a number of tabs that make it easy to navigate to a desired area, including:

• My Preferences: self-confi gured preferences.

• Find printer/asset.

• FAQs: answers to frequently asked questions.

• Product Info: device-related information.

• Reports: allows users to view reports of useful data.

• Feedback: obtains valuable end user feedback.

In addition, the “I need to” pull down (at the top) and the “key sites” list can be used to simplify common tasks and useful references.

Effective communication drives end user productivity. Product announcements help end users use new capabilities effectively and install print drivers quickly.
