    THE FEI CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) expects all those involved in international equestrian sport to adhere to the FEI’s Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept that all times the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences.

    1. At all stage during the preparation and training of competition horse, welfare must take precedence over all other demands. This includes good horse management, training methods, farriery and tack, and transportation.

    2. Horses and competitors must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety, pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids.

    3. Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This involves paying careful attention to the competition areas, ground surfaces, weather conditions, stabling, side safety and horse fitness of the horse for onward travel after the event.

    4. Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition careers are over. This covers proper veterinary care, competition injuries, euthanasia and retirement.

    5. The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of education in their areas expertise

    KODE ETIK FEI UNTUK KESEJAHTERAAN KUDA Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) mengharapkan semua yang terlibat dalam olahraga berkuda diseluruh dunia untuk mematuhi Kode Etik FEI dan untuk mengakui dan menerima bahwa setiap saat kesejahteraan kuda harus menjadi yang terpenting dan tidak boleh disubordinasikan atas pengaruh persaingan / pertandingan maupun komersial.

    1. Pada semua tahap selama persiapan dan pelatihan kuda kompetisi, kesejahteraan harus didahulukan dari semua tuntutan lainnya. Ini termasuk penerapan tata cara pemeliharaan kuda yang baik, baik metode pelatihan, penapalan, perlengkapan dan transportasi.

    2. Kuda dan atlit yg akan bertanding harus dalam keadaan sehat, memiliki kemampuan dan kesehatan yang bagus sebelum diizinkan untuk bersaing. Ini juga meliputi penggunaan obat-obatan, prosedur bedah yang mengancam kesejahteraan atau keselamatan, kehamilan, dan penyalahgunaan alat bantu.

    3. Semua kegiatan harus tidak boleh mengesampingkan kesejahteraan kuda. Ini meliputi petimbangan yang cermat atas arena pertandingan, permukaan yang rata, kondisi cuaca, masalah kandang, faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kuda untuk melakukan perjalanan selanjutnya setelah acara.

    4. Segala upaya harus dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa kuda mendapat perhatian yang tepat setelah mereka berkompetisi dan bahwa mereka diperlakukan secara manusiawi ketika masih dapat berkompetisi maupun setelah afkir. Ini mencakup perawatan hewan yang tepat, cedera kompetisi, eutanasia, dan pensiun.

    II. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATION

    ENTRY CLOSING DATE/ PENUTUPAN PENDAFTARAN Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required for there to be a restriction in the number of participants joining the event. Stabling form must be returned to the committee before or by Friday, November 13th 2020 and payment must be done before or by Sunday, November 15th 2020. Entries must reach the Organiser’s Address before or by Tuesday, 17th November 2020 at 12.00 PM. Entries may be made in person or via ECL Website : eclindonesia.com. Waiver and Liability form must be send it via email : [email protected]. Riders are not allowed to enter the competition arena before all payments for entry fees have been paid in FULL. Entry fees are not refundable, changing class is allowed. Entries received after that above time will be considered as Late Entries. For situations involving force majeure, please contact the stable office. A late entries fee is 50% from the normal entry fee. Pandemi COVID-19 memaksakan adanya pembatasan peserta pada penyelenggaraan ECL Final 2020, sehingga diperlukan adanya penyesuaian dalam syarat pendaftaran. Stabling form dikembalikan pada panitia paling akhir pada hari Jumat, 13 November 2020 dan pembayaran paling telat kita terima pada hari Minggu , 15 November 2020. Entry harus sampai ke panitia maksimal pada hari Selasa, 17 November 2020 pada pukul 12.00 WIB. Semua pendaftaran bisa dilakukan secara langsung atau melalui ECL Website: eclindonesia.com. Penyerahan formulir waiver bisa melalui email ECL yaitu : [email protected]. Peserta tidak akan diperkenankan memasuki arena pertandingan sebelum semua pembayaran dilakukan. Tidak ada pengembalian uang pendaftaran, tetapi boleh mengganti dengan kelas yang lainnya. Pendaftaran yang diterima panitia setelah waktu di atas akan dikenakan denda keterlambatan. Untuk situasi yang melibatkan force majeure, silakan hubungi kantor stable. Denda keterlambatan adalah 50% dari harga entry.

    WAIVER FORM/ FORMULIR PELEPASAN HAK Waiver form must be signed by each rider participating in the event. Riders under the age of 18 must have guardian consent. This is to be returned with entry forms. Formulir pernyataan harus di kembalikan setelah ditandatangani oleh atlet yang akan bertanding. Dan bagi yang masih berumur dibawah 18 tahun harus ditandatangani wali yang bersangkutan.

    INSURANCE/ ASURANSI All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep their policy up to date. Pemilik kuda dan para peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala kerusakan dan kehilangan yang disebabkan oleh diri sendiri, karyawan maupun oleh pihak ke tiga lainnya. Oleh karenanya sangat disarankan untuk melindunginya dengan asuransi

    GENERAL CONDITION/ KONDISI UMUM Washing the horses should be done at wash bay only and not inside the stables. You must provide plastic trash bag for the deposition of dung and other refuse. The dung must be removed from the sawdust daily and disposed of in a proper manner. At the end of competition, all stables must be cleaned of all dung and left over feed. The stables and other areas occupied by participants must be kept clean and tidy at all times. You are not allow to burn sawdust or any other material inside the stable. Cooking inside the stable is not permitted. Memandikan kuda hendaknya dilakukan hanya di tempat khusus pemandian kuda, bukan di dalam kandang. Anda harus menyiapkan kantung plastik untuk membuang kotoran dan sampah lainnya. Kotoran harus dibersihkan dari serbuk kayu dan dibuang sebagaimana mestinya. Pada akhir acara, semua kandang harus dibersihkan dari kotoran juga sisa makanan. Kandang dan sekitarnya harus selalu bersih. Tidak diperbolehkan membakar serbuk dan benda lainnya di dalam kandang.     POINTS EQUESTRIAN CHAMPION LEAGUE Contestants that are participating the event will be counted in points which are counted by the highest cumulated points with a minimum of 5 times participating in the League. Peserta yang mengikuti event liga akan dihitung poin keikutsertaannya yaitu kumulatif poin tertinggi dengan minimal 5 kali mengikuti liga. The league table of points can be seen in the ECL Rule Book. Tabel poin liga yang lebih jelas tercantum dalam ECL Rules Book.

    HOUSE RULES/PERATURAN TAMBAHAN Access into the venue will only be allowed through one gate, the Stable Gate. Everyone who goes through the Stable Gate should wash their hands, pass the Covid-19 Screening Protocol and the Accreditation system, where those who enter will be given a one-day access wristband as we will be

    ensuring every person that goes through the Stables complies to the FEI Policy for Enhanced Competition Safety During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Effective July 1st, 2020). Stable Gate Times : 05:00 – 21:00 We also have a dedicated Covid-19 Prevention Hotline for any Enquiries or Reports: Equinara Horse Sports : (+62) 817 1719 2111 The Stable Gate is the only entrance open to access the venue. Each person that enters through the Stable Gate is required to wash their hands and go through a Covid-19 screening protocol as well as submit an accreditation form. All participants have to provide a medical letter from any health facility that shows whether the participant is Reactive/Non-reactive based on the result of their Rapid or Swab test that is eligible for 14 days, or participants can also take a Rapid or Swab test at Equinara Horse Sports before entering the venue. Rapid Registration can be sent by file/photo of the Health Letter, with a Negative Non-Reactive/Negative (Accreditation) through this following link https:// bit.ly/Akreditasi_ECL6. Akses menuju ke venue hanya dibuka melalui satu pintu saja, yakni Gerbang Kandang/Stable Gate. Setiap orang yang melalui Stable Gate diwajibkan untuk mencuci tangan serta melalui proses screening protokol Covid-19 serta akreditasi. Ketika tim screening dan akreditasi protocol Covid-19 menyatakan orang yang bersangkutan lolos proses screening dan akreditasi, maka orang tersebut akan diberikan wristband yang hanya berlaku pada hari tersebut. Prosedur ini sesuai dengan ketetapan Kebijakan FEI untuk Keamanan Kompetisi yang Ditingkatkan selama Pandemi Covid-19 (Berlaku sejak 1 Juli 2020). Jam Buka Stable Gate : 05:00 – 21:00 Kami juga memiliki Hotline untuk Pencegahan Covid-19. Pertanyaan dan Laporan terkait hal tersebut dapat menghubungi: Equinara Horse Sports : (+62) 817 1719 2111 Setiap orang yang melalui Groom Gate diwajibkan untuk mencuci tangan, Menggunakan Masker selama di Area Equinara serta melalui proses screening protokol Covid-19 serta akreditasi. Ketika tim screening dan akreditasi protokol Covid-19 menyatakan orang yang bersangkutan lolos proses screening dan akreditasi, serta dapat menunjukkan Srat Sehat dari Fasilitas Kesehatan dengan Hasil Non Reaktif/Negatif baik dalam Test Rapid ataupun Test Swab yang masih berlaku sampai dengan 14 Hari, dan dapat melakukan Rapid test ataupun Swab rapid test di Equinara Horse Sports. Pendaftaran Rapid ataupun pengiriman File/foto Surat Sehat dari Fasilitas Kesehatan dengan Hasil Non Reaktif/Negatif (Akreditasi) dapat dilakukan di link berikut https:// bit.ly/Akreditasi_ECL6. All grooms/horse PICs are to fill a Berita Acara when entering the stables. Please approach one of our office staff for this if your stable has not filled one in (which includes the horse numbers/grooms/PICs for the competition).     Any stable stayers must provide trash bags for the removal of horse droppings and other waste. The droppings must be removed from the sawdust daily and disposed of in a proper manner; personal trash has to be separate from shavings in the trash bags. Sharp points or needles should be thrown away in the correct trash bags (please separate plastics from the shavings trash bags). Shavings will be collected twice a day by cleaning staff- please approach the office staff if trash bags are required for waste. At the end of competition, all stables must be cleaned of all waste and any left-over feed. Anda harus menyiapkan kantung plastik untuk membuang kotoran dan sampah lainnya. It is prohibited to burn any sawdust or any other material inside the stable. Tidak diperbolehkan membakar serbuk dan benda lainnya di dalam kandang. Cooking inside the stables is not permitted. Memasak dalam kandang juga tidak diperkenankan. No Paddocks (located in front of the ramps) are to be used, as only Equinara horses are allowed this. Paddocks (terletak di depan ramp) TIDAK dapat digunakan, Khusus kuda Stable Equinara. Personal motorcycles and cars are strictly prohibited from entering the stable areas (Equinara vehicles only). Sepeda motor dan mobil pribadi dilarang memasuki area Stable (hanya kendaraan Equinara).

    STABLING FEES / SEWA KANDANG Stabling fee are : Permanent Stable Daily : Rp. 400.000,- per horse per day To be paid to the Treasurer of the Event. Horse will not be allowed to leave the permises until the stabling fees have been paid. Biaya sewa kandang : Kandang Permanen : Rp. 400.000,- per kuda per hari Dibayarkan langsung ke Bendahara Event. Kuda – kuda tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan kandang sebelum sewa kandang dibayar lunas.

    • Stable boxes are provided based on a first come (booked) and first served basis. Due to our strict Covid-19 protocol, there will be a limited amount of stabling provided.

    • Stabling and tack room can be ordered by completing the stabling form and submitting the form via ECL WEBSITE : eclindonesia.com to the organizing committee. If by competition day, no cancelation of stabling, fees will be charged to the ordering party. Late check-out of stabling dan tack room must in advance be notified to the organizing committee.

    • Stabling charge is based on the enter and exit date of the horse from the stable. • Bags of shavings will be included. Any additional shavings may be bought onsite.

    • Stabling can be ordered by completing the stabling form and submitting the form to the organizing committee. Late check-out of stabling must be notified to the organizing committee in advance.

    • Shaving will be included. Any additional shavings may be bought onsite, you may contact the Stable Manager. Premium Shaving : Rp. 15.000/bag

    • STABLES OPEN on Wednesday, 18th of November 2020, ALL Stabling fee must be paid IN FULL before the horse entres the show grounds, and NO stable allocation will be given until stabling has been paid IN FULL. All transfer payment for stabling fees should be made to the bank account above before the event.

    o Kandang kuda akan diberikan sesuai dengan pemesanan yang masuk terlebih dahulu.

    Dikarenakan protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan Covid-19, maka jumlah kandang sangat terbatas.

Dan apabila ada keterlambatan kepulangan kuda maka pihak pemilik harus memberikan informasi kepada pihak panitia penyelenggara.

    o Perhitungan biaya stabling berdasarkan tanggal kuda masuk dan keluar stable. o Serbuk akan disediakan di setiap kandang. Tambahan serbuk bisa dibeli di Stable Office. o Pemesanan kandang dapat dilakukan dengan mengisi form yang telah disediakan dan

    o Kandang dibuka pada hari Rabu, 18 November 2020, semua kandang harus dibayar lunas sebelum kuda masuk ke lokasi pertandingan, dan kandang tidak dapat diberikan sebelum dibayar lunas. Semua pembayaran di lakukan secara transfer melalui rekening bank tercantum diatas.

    HORSE & TRAILER-TRUCK / KUDA & ALAT PENGANGKUT Please disinfect your horse trailer and truck before and after loading the horses. Before entering the venue, all vehicles (trucks and trailers) HAVE to pass through the NORTH GATE with a tire dip [Please refer to our map]. Temperature checking of the horse will be done before entering the competition stable by our vets. Horses that have signs of infectious disease will be treated in the isolation stable, and suspected horses will get further examination. Mohon dilakukan pembersihan dengan disinfektan terhadap trailer atau truk (alat pengangkut) kuda sebelum atau sesudah digunakan untuk mengangkut kuda ke tempat pertandingan, sesampainya di lokasi pertandingan, kendaraan harus melewati gerbang utara yang di lengkapi dengan disinfektan tire dipping. Saat memasuki kandang pertandingan akan dilakukan pengecekan suhu badan kuda oleh dokter hewan panitia. Apabila menurut hasil pemeriksaan ada kuda yang kondisi kesehatannya menujukan gejala penyakit menular maka kuda tersebut akan dilakukan penanganan lebih lanjut di kandang isolasi.

    RULES OF COMPETITION/ PERATURAN PERTANDINGAN The competition will run under the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) & ECL Rules , as stated above. In any circumstance where FEI are not available the Organizing Commitee will have the authority to make decision. Pertandingan akan diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan peraturan FEI & Peraturan ECL, sebagaimana tersebut diatas. Dalam hal keadaan tidak diketemukannya peraturan pertandingan pada FEI rule maka akan ditentukan oleh Panitia Pertandingan.

    PRIZES / HADIAH Total prizes of all competition classes in Series 1-6 of the ECL Season 2020 including trophies, medals, rosettes, prizes-in-kind and prize money is approximately IDR.2.000.000.000,- [USD $136,000], while the total for prize money is IDR.558.375.000,- [USD $39,300]. The distribution of prizes follow the guidelines of FEI Articles 126, 127 and 128 that have been adjusted with the conditions of the ECL competitions. The table below shows a list of the Prizes that will be given to the winners in correspondence to the competition class.     A Prize Giving Ceremony will be held after each competition class where all placed riders are required to attend with their respective horses. Athletes who do not attend the Prize Giving Ceremony will lose all prizes and classifications (rosette, medal, prizes in kind, trophy). The horses have to be presented in their full competition tack with the rosettes placed on the horse’s bridle prior to the ceremony. During the Prize Giving Ceremony, the horse and rider pair will receive prizes such as a trophy, medal, rosette and certificate. It is regarded an exhibition class if there is only one participant in the class, and the prizes will not be provided. In an instance where there are only 3 participants in the class, the prizes are allocated to the first and second winner only. If there are only 2 participants in the class, then the prize will be given to the first winner only. Sesuai dengan Artikel FEI 127, pada semua kompetisi, semua hadiah harus didistribusikan sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Artikel FEI. Upacara Pembagian Hadiah akan dilaksanakan setiap selesai kelas kompetisi, para pemenang diwajibkan untuk hadir dengan pasangan kuda mereka. Para atlet yang tidak menghadiri Upacara Pembagian Hadiah akan kehilangan semua sertifikasi dan hadiah (rosette, medali, hadiah, piala). Para kuda harus ditampilkan dengan perlengkapan kompetisi secara komplit dan rosette harus dipasang di sisi samping bridle sebelum pelaksanaan upacara. Saat pelaksanaan Upacara Pembagian Hadiah, pasangan rider dan kuda akan menerima hadiah berupa piala, medali, rosette dan sertifikat. Jika sebuah kelas pertandingan hanya dihadiri oleh satu peserta, maka kelas tersebut akan dianggap sebagai eksibisi dan hadiah tidak akan disediakan. Dalam situasi dimana satu kelas hanya memiliki 3 (tiga) peserta, hadiah hanya akan diberikan kepada pemenang pertama dan kedua. Jika hanya ada 2 (dua) peserta yang menghadiri suatu kelas, maka hadiah hanya akan diberikan kepada pemenang pertama.

    PRIZE MONEY/ HADIAH UANG Based on the FEI Article 126, all money prizes are awarded to the Owners of Horses or Athletes. Trophies or prizes in the form of rosette, medal or certificate are awarded to the Athletes unless specifically allocated to the Owners of Horses. All prize in money constitutes a partial reimbursement of the costs of keeping a stable, training and travelling Expenses. Based on the FEI Article 128, the total amount of prize money shown for each Competition in the schedule must be distributed. Prize money must be distributed to the Chefs d’Equipe or to the winning Owners or Athletes within ten (10) days after the last Competition of the Event provided, they have met all their financial and other obligations to the Organizing Committee. Prize money for a Competition may not be distributed while any Protests relating to that Competition are under consideration during an event.

    The Prize Money for all winners in the competition will be given during the Press Conference that will be held on the last day of the competition, which is on November 22nd, at 18:30. Everyone in the supporting team that includes the horse owners, riders and Chefs d’Equipe are required to dress in a “smart casual” outfit, or another option is to wear their club uniform. For the prize giving of the 7 best clubs, it is compulsory for either the club owner or club management to represent the club by attending the conference. Sesuai dengan Artikel FEI 126, Semua hadiah uang diberikan melalui para Pemilik Kuda atau Atlet. Piala atau hadiah dalam bentuk rosette, medali atau sertifikat diserahkan melalui Atlet kecuali secara khusus diberikan kepada Pemilik Kudanya. Sesuai dengan Artikel FEI 128, jumlah total hadiah uang untuk setiap Kompetisi dalam jadwal harus didistribusikan. Hadiah uang akan didistribusikan kepada para Chefs d’Equipe (manajemen klub) atau Pemilik kuda atau Atlet pemenang dalam sepuluh (10) hari setelah Kompetisi terakhir dari Event yang dilaksanakan, dengan ketentuan bahwa kewajiban melunasi keuangan dan syarat-syarat lainnya dari Panitia Penyelenggara telah terpenuhi. Hadiah uang pada sebuah Kompetisi tidak akan didistribusikan pada saat masih dipertimbangkannya semua Protes yang berhubungan dengan Kompetisi terkait. Hadiah Uang untuk para pemenang akan diberikan saat Press Conference yang akan dilaksanakan di hari terakhir kompetisi, ditanggal 22 November, pukul 18:30. Semua anggota tim pendukung termasuk pemilik kuda, rider dan Chefs d’Equipe diharuskan untuk hadir dengan busana “smart casual”, atau pilihan lain adalah untuk menggunakan seragam klub. Untuk pembagian hadiah 7 (tujuh) klub terbaik, diwajibkan bagi pemilik klub atau manajemen klub untuk menghadiri konferensi sebagai perwakilan klub.

    THE OC RESERVE THE RIGHT/ PANITIA BERHAK UNTUK • Alter advertised times if necessary • Cancel, divide or combine any class or event • Refuse any entry • Increase or decrease the height of the obstacles depending on the entries or other

    APPEALS Complaints and appeals must be in writing to the Ground Jury, signed by the authorized person from the club making the complaint and presented personally the appeal committee together with any supporting note evidence and names of witnesses and the deposit of Rp. 1,500,000.-. Complaints must be made not later then 30 minutes after the result are announced. If the complaint is accepted OC will refund the deposit conversely if the complaint is not accepted the deposit will remain with the OC. Refer to the FEI Art. 167 Of General Rules & regulations for more details.     HORSE NUMBERS/ NOMOR KUDA Horse Numbers are not distributed by the organizing committee. Riders must provide horse number, and they are responsible for displaying the correct number on their horses at all time. If a participant fails to correctly display the horse number, the participant will be disqualified. Panitia tidak menyediakan nomor kuda. Atlit harus menyediakan sendiri nomor kuda dan bertanggung jawab atas pemasangan nomor kuda dan dipasang dengan benar pada saat pertandingan berlangsung. Panitia tidak akan membagikan nomor kuda. Dan kepada para peserta diwajibkan memasang nomor kuda dengan benar sesuai dengan Nomor yang telah di tentukan, apabila nomor kuda tidak sesuai dengan yang seharusnya maka peserta akan didiskualifikasi.

It is mandatory for all participant, horse owners and coaches to attend the technical meeting carried out by the event organizing committee. Technical meeting will be done online via the Zoom application.     III. JUMPING RULES & REGULATIONS

    1. Riders will be eliminated if enter the class of wrong age category Atlit dianggap tersisih jika salah kelas saat melakukan pendaftaran. 2.     5. Art 238.2.1 (Competitions against The clock) :

    Athletes with equality of Penalties for any place are place in accordance with the time taken do complate The round.     6. Art 238.2.2 (Competitions with one Jump-Off) :

    This is a Competition against the clock, but in the event of equality of Penalties for first place, there will be one jump-off against the clock.Other Athletes are placed according to their Penalties and time the first round.For minor Competitions (see GRs)the jump-off may be run according to table C, if thus provided in the Schedule Ini adalah kompetisi melawan waktu, tetapi dalam hal kesamaan jumlah penalti untuk posisi pertama, akan diadakan satu jump-off melawan waktu.     - Competition comprises two phases run without interruption, each at an identical or different speed, the finishing line for the first phase being identical with the starting line for the second phase.

    - The first phase is a course of seven to nine obstacles with or without combinations. The second phase takes place over four to six obstacles, which may include one combination.

    - Athletes penalised in the first phase are halted by ringing the bell after they have jumped the last obstacle or when the time allowed for the first phase has been exceeded, after crossing the finishing line of the first phase. They must stop after crossing the first finishing line.

    - Athletes not penalised in the first phase continue the course, which finishes, after crossing the second finishing line.

    - The formula for the timing, using the Table A Against The Clock for both of phases, and the placing is made According to the penalties and time in the 2nd Phase. Athletes who do not qualify for the 2nd Phase are placed according to the penalties and time in the 1 st Phase.

    b. Art. 274.2.5 Special Two Phases - This Competition comprises two phases run without interruption, each at an identical

    or different speed, the finishing line for the first phase being identical with the starting line for the second phase.

    - The first phase is a course of five to seven obstacles with or without combinations. The total number of obstacles in both phases is a minimum of 11 and maximum of 13 obstacles. The second phase may include one combination.

    - Athletes completing the first phase may continue in the second phase. 2.4 The second phase finishes after crossing its finishing line.

    - The competition is judged by the formula of, Table A Not Against The Clock for the first Phase, and Table A Against The Clock for the second phase. The placing is According to the aggregate penalties in both phases (faults on obstacles and penalties for exceeding the time allowed in both phases) and, if necessary, according to the time of the 2nd phase.

    9. If a Rider Damages an obstacle while show jumping the rider will be responsible for Rp.

    750.000,- damaged fee per item of obstacles. Jika terjadi kerusakan pada rintangan saat atlet melakukan pertandingan show jumping

    maka atlet tersebut mengganti biaya perbaikan tersebut sebesar Rp. 750.000,- per item dari rintangan.

    11. Art. 269 Accumulator :

    i) This competition takes place over six, eight or ten obstacles with an increasing difficulty. Combination obstacles are not allowed. The increasing difficulty is not solely due to height and spread of the obstacles, but also to the difficulty of the track.     ii) Bonus point are awarded as fellows : one point for obstacle number one not knocked

    down, two points for number two, three points for number three, etc. with a total of 21,36 or 55 points. No point is awarded for an obstacle knowked down. If the competition takes place with the first round against the clock and a jump-off, athletes not qualified for the jump-off are placed according to Penalties and time obtained in the first round.     IV. DRESSAGE RULES & REGULATIONS

    DRESS CODE 1. Headgear. (Helmet) is compulsory for anyone riding at the event.

    Pelindung kepala. Helmet wajib bagi semua atlit. 2. Spurs. Spurs capable of wounding a horse are forbidden. Spurs must be of smooth metal.

    There must be a shank pointing only towards the rear, which must be no more than 3.5 cm long. The end must be blunt in order to prevent wounding a horse. If the shank is curved, the spurs must be worn only with the shank directed downwards. Rolled spurs are allowed in classes preliminary until medium. Spurs. Tidak diperbolehkan memakai spurs yang dapat melukai kuda. Spurs harus terbuat dari logam halus dan harus menghadap ke belakan betis, panjang tidak boleh lebih dari 3,5cm.     3. Whips. Whips up to 120cm length are permitted to be used during the tests. Children/pony is 100cm. Whips are allowed to be used in Walk Trot and Preliminary classes; no whips are allowed to be used in classes above Elementary. Cambuk. Cambuk sampai dengan 120cm diperbolehkan saat bertanding. Untuk anak anak dan kuda pony 100cm. Cambuk boleh dipakaiuntuki kelas Walk Trot sampai Preliminary. Cambuk tidak diperbolehkan untuk kelas Elementary keatas.

    4. Boots. In all Tests, boots (other than as part of regulation service dress) must be black. Sepatu Boots. Untuk semua test boot harus berwarna hitam.

    5. Bit & Bridle. Snaffle bits are compulsory for all dressage tests up to and including Medium level. The Double bridle may only be used in the Advanced class and above Bit & Bridle. Snaffle bit wajib untuk semua kelas sampai dengan Kelas Medium. Double bridel hanya diperbolehkan untuk kelas Advanced keatas

    6. Walk Trot Test. Simple side reins and whips up to 100cm length are permitted. Spurs are not allowed. Children/pony is 100cm Walk Trot Test. Side reins sederhana dan cambuk sampai dengan 100cm diperbolehkan. Spurs tidak diijinkan.

    7. Riding Boots Competition, according with the FEI Rules, starting in 2020 that all rider show jumping and dressage are required to use boots that have heels. Sepatu Boots, Sesuai dengan Ketentuan FEI, mulai tahun 2020 bahwa seluruh rider show jumping dan dressage diwajibkan menggunakan sepatu boots yang memiliki heels.

    Classes are judged under the FEI rules. For the in-house rules please read below: Kelas akan dinilai berdasarkan aturan FEI. Untuk aturan internal:

    1. Riders dibawah 16 tahun: Jas warna gelap. Celana tunggang putih atau jodhpurs, kemeja putih dengan dasi atau stok, dan helm. Sarung tangan harus dipakai. Sepatu tunggang. Topi tidak diizinkan.     HORSE SCHOOLING A horse can’t be schooled by anyone other than the COMPETITOR from 00:00 hours one day before the CLASS starts, except for Walk Trot until Elementary Junior Class. Kuda tidak diperbolehkan untuk dilatih oleh orang lain selain ATLET TERDAFTAR dari jam 00:00 sehari sebelum KELAS dimulai, kecuali untuk kelas Walk Trot sampai dengan Elementary Junior.

    EARPHONES Earphones and other electronic communication devices are not permitted at Dressage Competitions whilst competing and is penalized by elimination.     SALUTE Athletes must take the reins in one (1) hand at the salute. Saat hormat Atlit harus tetap memegang kendali dan hormat dengan 1 (satu) tangan.

    OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE FOR DRESSAGE Any outside help by voice, signs, etc. in dressage classes is considered as illegal or anauthorized assistance to an Athlete or a Horse. The horse-rider combination must be eliminated in this case. Semua jenis tindakan bantuan baik teriakan suara, isyarat atau aba-aba pada kelas-kelas dressage kepada atlit ataupun kuda, dianggap illegal. Jika hal ini terjadi maka kombinasi kuda dan atlit harus dieliminasi.

    BELL After the sound of bell, the Athletes must enter the arena at A within forty-five (45) seconds. Horse and Rider combination not entering the Arena within 90 seconds after the bell will be eliminated. Setelah bel berbunyi, atlit harus memasuki arena pada huruf A dalam hitungan 45 detik.     V. COVID-19 PROTOCOL The ECL will work closely with state and county public health authorities throughout the event planning process to obtain the most accurate information regarding the local COVID-19 situation to facilitate the sharing of information between the event organizers, public health authorities and participants. ECL bekerja sama dengan pihak berwajib kesehatan pemerintah daerah dan nasional dalam perencanaan acara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang paling akurat mengenai situasi COVID-19 di kalangan setempat serta untuk memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi terkait hal tersebut diantara penyelenggara acara, otoritas kesehatan masyarakat dan peserta. ECL will obey all COVID-19 protocol which has been published by Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020). Regarding to the rules, the OC decided to restrict the number of people who are allowed to access the venue. The only people allowed on property are ECL Staff, Officials, Essential Personel—Vets & farriers who are actively performing services, trainers, grooms, riders—that are competing, and TWO immediate family members which already filled out the accreditation form. ECL akan mematuhi seluruh protokol COVID-19 yang telah diterbitkan oleh Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020). Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, panitia penyelenggara memutuskan untuk membatasi jumlah orang yang diperbolehkan masuk ke area pertandingan. Orang-orang yang diizinkan masuk ke dalam venue adalah ECL Staff, Official, Personil Petting—Vets & Farrier yang secara aktif melayani, pelatih, groom serta rider atau penunggang—yang berkompetisi dan DUA orang anggota keluarga dekat yang sudah mengisi form akreditasi.

    GENERAL/UMUM Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – All employees, competitors and support teams on property will need to wear a mask at all times when not on a horse. Gloves will be required in specified communal locations. Equinara Horse Sports will provide all staff with necessary protective gear as required by state and local regulations. Alat Pelindung Diri – Semua karyawan atau staff, peserta dan tim pendukung yang berada di venue diwajibkan untuk memakai masker setiap waktu ketika tidak berada di atas kuda. Sarung tangan dibutuhkan di beberapa lokasi yang bersifat komunal. By attending and participating, athletes, trainers and grooms agree to follow all of the horse show protocols or you will be asked to leave. Participants will be required to monitor their own temperatures daily and keep logs that the event will be allowed to audit. OC reserves the right to setup temperature monitoring of all participants from the entrance gate. Trainers will be responsible for distributing necessary protective gear as required by state and local regulations to all employees and athletes in their own team.     VENUE ACCESS No public access or spectators will be permitted. Pertandingan Equestrian Champions League 2020 merupakan pertandingan yang tertutup yang tidak mengizinkan adanya penonton yang umum. We will require all competition staff, officials and service providers (to include vendors, food-service, farrier, feed suppliers, waste disposal personal) to wear face masks and take precautions, in accordance with state, local and facility regulations and Covid-19 Indonesian Special-Task Force guidelines.     COMPETITION AND PRACTICE AREAS There will be posted orders of go for classes with an estimated start and finish times so that athletes/trainers know when and where they will show to reduce congregating in holding areas. Priority rings will be established based on daily numbers and time constraints. These will be communicated to riders/trainers.     We plan to restrict the number of people accompanying a horse to the ring (trainer/athlete/parent/groom max). Only the winners, the carrier of the medals, and the VIPs who can get on the stage by using face mask and face shield. The VIPs who hand over the prizes will sanitize their hands before and after give the prizes to each winner. Penyerahan hadiah akan mengikuti peraturan physical distancing dengan ketat.     STABLING AREA Stabling will be configured to comply with physical distancing requirements in order to manage concentration of horses and people, utilizing stabling separation as needed.

All entries must be completed in advance. Online entries will be strongly required. Seluruh proses pendaftaran harus diselesaikan dan proses ini diwajibkan dilakukan dengan prosedur online. All necessary paperwork can be done online including entering a competition, billing and invoicing. It is no longer essential to go inside the office allowing everyone to be outdoors the entire time onsite. Trainers should have a support plan in place for any member of their team that is denied access to the event due to medical concerns. Any person on the show grounds will be required to sign the waiver and liability release to be on property.     In consideration for my permission to participate in the Equestrian Champions League 2020 - Series 6 organized by the PT. Prima Berkuda Indonesia at Equinara Horse Sports, Jakarta International Equestrian Park Pulomas, East Jakarta, November 20th – 22nd, 2020 , I agree : i. that prior to participating in any event, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used by

    meduring that event; ii. that I understand that I may be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including

    permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result from my actions or in actions, but also from the intentional or negligent acts of others, from the rules of competition and their application, from the condition of the premises and/or equipment, and from other causes now unknown or not now reasonably foreseeable; and

    iii. to fully release, discharge and hold harmless the Organizer and its respective members, directors, agents, employees, associates, staff and independent contractors from any and all claims, actions,liabilities and causes of action which I may now have or which may accrue as a result of orincidental to my voluntary participation in any of the sporting or non sporting activities incidentalto or in connection with the Competition.

    iii. to refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct or any conduct bringing discredit upon the Competition including without limitation physically or verbally assaulting or abusing any official, competitor,spectator, volunteer or any person involved in the conduct and management of the Competitionand that any such conduct may meet with expulsion form the Competition and appropriatecriminal or civil action against me; and

    iv. to be filmed, photographed or interviewed as a participant in the Competition when requested to do so by any officer or official of the Organizer.

    PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE (to be completed signed by a parent/guardian, where divorced or separated, parent/guardian with legal custody must sign). This form must be completed by any competitor, who has not reached 18 years old on 15 August, 2020. PLEASE read carefully before signing: 1. I/we hereby give consent for my child to participate in the Equestrian Champions League 2020,

    September November 20th – 22nd, 2020 ( (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”). 2. I/we know of, and acknowledge that my child/ward knows of, the risk involved in the athletic

    participation, understand that serious injury, permanent disability and even death, is possible in such participation and choose to accept any and all responsibility for his/her safety and welfare while participating in athletics. With full understanding of the risks involved, I/we release and hold harmless the Competition and its respective members, directors, agents, employees, associates, staffs, sponsors and independent contractors all responsibility and liability for any injury claim resulting from the such athletic participation and agree to take no legal action against the Competition because of any accident or mishap involving the athletic participation of my child/ward. I/we authorize emergency medical treatment for my child/ward should the need arise for such treatment while my child/ward is competing. I/we further hereby authorized the use or disclosure my child’s/ward’s individually identifiable health information should treatment for illness or injury become necessary. I/we consent to the disclosure, by the Competition of all records relevant to his/her athletic eligibility including, but not limited to, his/her records relating the results, age, discipline, finances and residence.

    3. I’ve grant the Competition the right to photograph and/or videotape my child/ward and further to use said child’s/ward’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, promotional and commercial materials without reservation or limitation. Competition, however, is under no obligation to exercise said rights herein.

    4. I/we understand that the authorizations and rights granted herein are voluntary and that I/we may revoke and or all of them at any time by submitting said revocation in writing to the Competition. By doing so, however, I/we understand that my/our child/ward will no longer be eligible for participation in any competitions.

    By completing the full payment of all invoices and entry fees, it is immediately agreed upon that I understand fully of both the ‘Parent/Guardian Release’ and ‘Acknowledgement and Release’ of Equinara Horse Sports-Jakarta International Equestrian Park Pulomas.
