If a new workstation solution has tobe professionally implemented fromscratch, the primary focus is on thedetailed project planning. Competentproduct experts will deal with yourevery requirement while taking anarray of factors into account: from thecomposition of a performance specifi-cation to budgeting and scheduling;from special design requirements andtechnical integration to the adherenceto all the necessary norms and stan-dards.All the important questions areaddressed at the initial stage of theproject. The relevant data is collected,evaluated and summarised in atransparent offer, forming the common basis for the individual pro-duct design.

Using the most modern CAD applica-tions, we design products for you thatare setting new technological andaesthetic standards. Based on theprojected details, 3D views and designstudies, scale models are created asa realistic representation of the developmental progress, and to enable modifications according toyour requirements, which can beimplemented at any time.
Your company-own corporate designis also taken into consideration withour colour and material proposals.Finally, we also ensure the problem-free integration of technology whileadhering to UL, CSA, VDE or TÜV/GSstandards. After all these steps havebeen completed, the first prototypecan be manufactured.

Originals have a special property: theyare unique. Just like the prototypesthat we produce for you for the firsttest. At the focus of interest here arethe extensive tests to check the application-specific functionality ofthe pre-production model, e.g. loadrating and stability.
Ergonomics also play an importantrole here, indeed mobile worksta-tions help employees to work moreefficiently in this respect.Adherence to norms and guidelinesor ESD and EMC standards is checked during specific field tests.Only after the prototype has proveditself under these conditions and hasdemonstrated its suitability for application, and has then been approved by you does the series production begin.

We make no compromise when it comes toproduct and service quality. During the pro-duction process and when going to thecustomer, our products undergo severalquality assurance procedures, the results ofwhich are carefully documented.Experienced employees ensure the highestquality standards during assembly.
The proof is of course in the DIN EN ISO 9001certification. The manufacturing and produc-tion procedures used are heavily orientedtowards ecological aspects, which, coveringall groups, are described in the environmentmanagement system in accordance withDIN EN 14001.
