This Heavy Duty Power Pack makes it possible to use every kind of underwater hydraulichand tool from small to big! The heavy frame of stainless steel 304 protects the completeengine, valves, flow adjusters, gauges etc. and makes it ideal to work on offshore areas. On top of this frame there are 4 lifting points, so it is very easy to lift the complete pack safelyon board a ship. A special flow regulator allows the diver to work with full power of his tools on every depth. The flow regulator we mount has a reach in-between 5 and 120 ltr/min.

This power pack is semi-custom built for every customer which makes it possible to add all kind of options like a Stainless Steel Drip Pan, Oil Cooler, Large Rubber Tires for easy transport, etc..

The power pack can be delivered with PETROL, DIESEL and ELECTRICengine.

We also manufacture smaller power packs which are cheaper, but with less power. Please do let us know if you require this and we will send you a quotation.

Professional power pack with 25 HP Diesel engine water cooled, every parts of the LOTUS is generously dimensioned to assure power, economy of use, quietness and maximum reliability even in the more demanding application. The machine in the A version is equipped with double gear pump and double separated hydraulic circuit to power two tools simultaneously. The two flows can be added up to have one single circuit with flow up to 60 L/min at 140 BAR or 40 L/min at 200 bar or intermediate values. The OTTER lightweight pump is a portable and fully independently operating fire extinguishing pump. The OTTER combines high performancewith compact dimensions.As a result of the circlip system, the size of the pump housing is kept to a minimum. Moreover, the impeller is mounted directly on the shaft end of the proven 18 hp Briggs & Stratton engine. The 3-dimensionally curved design of the impellerenhances the flow and together with the diffuser integrated into the housing, ensures the especially high efficiency of the pump. The FOX is the top model and combines high performance with minimum environmentalimpact and absolute operational safety. The powerful flat engine comes from the BMWR 1100 series and has been specially adapted for use in the FOX. It stands out due to its quiet running and reliable start behaviour, which is the result of digital motor management and electronically controlled fuel injection. WP 25 is a professional water pump with hydraulic motor designed for pumping clear and muddy water with suspended solids with dimensions up to mm. 12. SP 45 is a professional trash pump designed for pumping slurries, muddy waters and thick liquids with density concentration in the fluid up to 25% and suspended solids with dimensions up 75mm. This Hot Water Machine is a diesel fired system comprising of two individually controlled heat exchangers and hot water receivers. The system is designed for surface diving operations, by both commercial and military divers. The unit maintains an automatic temperature control to within + or – 1°F with built in safety features. The electrical requirements for the 2 diver Hot Water Machine are 240 Volts @ 50Hz and 16 amps. The stainless steel submersible pump will supply 11 gpm at 10 Bar. Further the 2 diver Hot Water Machine consists of two direct fired heat exchanger used as a direct water heater, a submersible stainless steel pump, two 60 litre hot water pumps and is controlled by two digital controllers.
