JobPack - Active Work Queues
The Active Work Queue is displayed to a machine operator, in real time, with the next job sequenced to star at the top of the listing. This Active list is generated directly fromthe JobPack scheduler Planning Board and reflects the current sequence of jobs/operationsfor a specific machine. As the planning board changes the Active Work Queue updates.
Machine Operators can also view the orderRouting directly from this screen to seewhat operations have been completed, or are in progress, or if they have not started.

The Technical DataPack is equipped with JobPack-Viewer, utilizing JobPack’s unique “1 click view-all” feature. And as the name implies JobPack is ALL the data required for a given operation. With a click of the mouse, shop floor operators can see the entire contents of a JobPack. All files contained in a JobPack are displayed irrespective of file type, or extension. The name of each item is displayed on the title bar along with the file type extension. The contents of the jobpack are user defined and are a “built – assembled” by the main jobpack system. The location of each file is stored in the main SQL database. During viewing of the file the file can be red lined for markup, engineering notes can be added, and the file printed locally.

JobPack’s unique Quality Level Status (QLS), provides dynamic statuscontrol of NC flies and associated data. Download and upload of NCprogram files can be via serial, BTR (Behind Tape Reader) unit, providing tape reader emulation for older controls, and via Ethernetusing disc to disc transfer for PC and Ethernet based controls. Programs that exceed CNC control memory can be fed in “block mode”to spoon-feed directly from shop floor PCs.
Wireless Networking with Superior Performance
BTR -Behind Tape Readerunits allow you to addolder NC machines into your wireless DNCJobPack network.
JobPack® Wireless DNC takes Ethernet networking right to your machine tool via Cisco,Linksys, and Quatech, non-proprietary wireless devices. The flexibility of software configurationensures that the demands of each machine control are addressed and handled correctly.Connections to CNC controls are accomplished through the Wireless Access Point, and WirelessEthernet Units, located at each machine.
