WINE MAKER’S NOTES

Sight: Intense red color, very clean.

Nose: A wine that has great intensity and elegance wher ripe red fruit aromas highlight, such as blackber-ries, raspberries through spicy aromas of cinnamon and white pepper. Toffee and caramel noted through product of its barrel-aging of 11 months.

Mouth: Good concentration of flavors with well defined body structure, ending with good acidity.

Recommended pairing: Red meats, pastas and cheese.

NOTAS DEL ENÓLOGO

Es un vino de buena estructura y complejo en boca.

Vista: Refleja una intensidad de tonos muy rojos, una buena brillantez.

Nariz: Presenta una gran intensidad y elegancia en donde resaltan aromas de frutos rojos maduros como moras y frambuesas pasando por especias como son canela y pimienta blanca, para luego resaltar notas a toffe y caramelo dado por la barrica.

Boca: Muy buena concentración de sabores, cuerpo bastante definido con taninos muy presentes, que termina con buena acidez.

Maridaje recomendado: Carnes rojas, pasta y quesos.
