Form No: PL 72-02/18.07.2014 The Maritime Safety Committee, at its ninety-third session (14 to 23 May 2014) approved the Unified interpretations relating to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 (the 1969 Tonnage Convention), intended to clarify the application of the Convention, as set out in the annex. Member Governments are invited to use these Unified interpretations when applying the provisions of the 1969 Tonnage Convention. This circular supersedes circular TM.5/Circ.5. The Maritime Safety Committee, at its ninety-third session (14 to 23 May 2014) approved the
