Our vendor inspection covers following main areas but not limited.

Organizing Pre Inspection Meeting at Vendor's / Sub Vendor's facility.Documents review at different stages of inspection such as Initial level, Mid. level and Final level.

All type of Inspection coverage for the Project at Vendor's facilities.

Vendor's / Sub vendor's Production Capability Study.

Final release of inspection items from supplier's / Sub supplier's production facility

Pre shipment inspection coverage including Marketing, Packing and Loading.

Inspection

TTSPL provides qualified expediters to actively oversee and when necessary to improve the required delivery of any items which may be critical to the procurement schedule.

Field Expediting

The expediter will not only verify and report the status of materials and activities Relative to the agreed program, but also- actively anticipate possible delays or Bottlenecks, advice assess and where necessary coax, urge, inuence and put pressure on the supplier to maintain or improve upon the agreed milestones.

TTSPL employs a team of highly qualified and experienced engineering professionals who excel in completing shut downs of Oil & Gas plants, Refineries and Power plants & Petrochemical plants by providing all kinds of API, AWS & ASNT services etc.

Our Core inspection team of engineers/Inspectors are qualified to API 510 cer tified Pressure vessel inspection, API 570 certifed Piping inspection, API 653 certified Storage tank inspection, AWS certifed Welding Inspectors, & NACE cer tified Painting inspectors.
