IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Do not send names now. Register only for the number of seats for which you can commit.
More than one group can register from a schoolbut each group must submit a separateregistration form.
You will be notified via e-mail of your host assignment by September 19. This is a first-registered-first-assigned process that will match the available hosts to committed schools.
When an assignment has been made and a host notified it is expected that your
school will commit to attending at the number of seats assigned. TechiesDay is apartnership with a company that will devote significant resources to welcome you and
your students. Please respect the relationship.
AFTER you have received your assignment and you have collected permission forms,please forward to your host contact (CC: [email protected]) no later than October 1: the
names of the students attending, their grade and approximate skill levels, and the namesof the adults accompanying them. Please use the attached form.
