BCIT Employee Engagement Survey • CAUT is soliciting nominations for the
Sarah Shorten Award. • The award was established in 1990 to recognize
outstanding achievements in the promotion of the advancement of women in Canadian universities and colleges.
• Nominations for the award may be submitted by academic staff associations, status of women committees, or any other interested parties.

A psychologically healthy and safe workplace is one that promotes
employees’ psychological well-being and actively works to prevent harm to
