NMC will award credit to students for the TBA ISO proRram courses according to the conditions/requirements listed below. Conditions/Requirements: 1. Student must enroll at NMC within two years of their high school graduation date. 2. TBA ISO outcomes/competencies are reviewed regularly assuring curriculum alignment. 3. Student completes the TBA lSD culinary arts class with a grade of Bor better and achieves the required competendes to articulate the class. 4. Student must create a portfollo that demonstrates their masterv of significant learning outccmes to be evaluated by TBA ISO Chef Instructor and Great Lakes Cullnarv Institute Director. s. NMC Instructor evaluates the student learning based on the course-objectives, course work, assessments, and, If necessary, an NMC competency evaluallon. The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the transition of students from high school occupational and/or Career and Technical Education (CTE) program to the Culinary Arts A AS Degree And Great Lakes Culinary Institute Certificate Level 3 . Program is offered at Traverse City Mi .

General Conditions & Requirements:

1. Student applies and is enrolled at NMC. 2. Student completes the TBAISD CTC class with a grade of B or better and achieves the required

competencies to articulate the class. 3. NMC instructor evaluates the student's learning based on the course objectives, course work, and course

assessments, and if necessary, an NMC written competency evaluation. 4. Articulation credits are subject to fees. 5. Credit must be requested within two (2) years of completing the TBAISD CTC program.
