Interpretation:In this area, I visited total 75 customers and got the sale analysis. Along with
these brands there were other local brands available in this area.
Fire Solution India Ltd has highest market share of40% in average in
Yerwada region. Technowing Systems second highest average market share of33.33%
as compare to other domestic brands.

brands in Hadapsar region.
Interpretation:In this area, I visited total 55 customers and got the sale analysis. Along with
these brands there were other local brands available in this area.
In Hadapsar region Technowing Systems has highest market share of36.36% as
compared to the other local brands and Fire Solution India Ltd which is the potential
rival of the Technowing Systems is having second highest market share of31% in this
region.

Interpretation:In this area, I visited total 45customers and got the sale analysis. Along with
these brands there were other local brands available in this area.
Fire Solution India Ltd has highest market share of28.28% in average in
Dhanakawadi region. Technowing Systems second highest average market share of
26.66% as compare to other domestic brands.
In Dhanakawadi area Technowing Systems market share is almost same as
compared to Fire Solutions India Ltd.

In this area, I visited total 65 customers and got the sale analysis. Along with
these brands there were other local brands available in this area.
Fire Solution India Ltd has highest market share of38.46% in average
in Dhanakawadi region. Technowing Systems second highest average market share of
32.30% as compare to other domestic brands.

Findings:-
I. Based on the data interpretation ofYerwada region, it was found that Fire Solution India Ltd is having
Highest market share of 40% as compared to Technowing Systems, which is at second position with 33.33%
of total market share.
II. Based on the data interpretation ofHadapsar region, it was found that Technowing Systems is having
highest market share of 36.36%, followed by Fire Solution India Ltd with 31%. of total market share.
III. Based on the data interpretation ofDhanakawadi region, it was found that Fire Solution India Ltd is having
Highest market share of 28.28% as compared to Technowing Systems, which is at second position with
26.66%. of total market share.
IV. Based on the data interpretation ofAundh-Baner region, it was found that Fire Solution India Ltd is having
Highest market share of 38.46% as compared to Technowing Systems, which is at second position with
32.30% of total market share.
V. Based on the data interpretation ofMagarpatta city region, it was found that Fire Solution India Ltd is having
Highest market share of 33.33% as compared to Technowing Systems, which is at second position with
26.66% of total market share.
VI. So based on data interpretation of selected regions, it was found that Technowing Fire Alarm System is at
second position with respect to its competitors.

CONCLUSION:
I. Fire Solution India Ltd. leads Technowing Systems in terms of market pie
share
II. Non-existence of aggressive marketing on the behalf Technowing Systems.
III. There is a vast untapped market for Technowing Systems in the PCMC area.
IV. Technowing Systems has marked its presence in the Indian market for the
past five years.
V. Consumers prefer Technowing Systems to other major brands due to its
adherence to quality standards and after sales service.
VI. Technowing Systems lacking in skilled workmen so that the execution of
project delays many times.

SUGGESTIONS
I. Company should open more outlets or offices in different areas of Pune city and
Pimpri-Chinchawad area.
II. Company should push their product towards industrial warehouses and logisticks.
III. Company should give more importance to more and more advertisementbecause
quality awareness of Technowing Systems will be an asset to the market.
IV. Company should conductpre-planned training program for the employees so that
execution of the project will be in stipulated time period.
V. The company should make an effort to increase its presence and availability in the
outskirts of the Pune region.
VI. The company should develop good relationships with the builders and land
developers from other districts of Maharashtra for expansion of their business.
