TECEfloor, the new floor heating system from TECE

When it comes to floor heating, TECE has long been a specialist: In

the 1980s, the company launched the first diffusion-tight composite

aluminium pipes on the market. Now TECE is back with the TECEfloor

programme for floor heating.

TECEfloor is a complete system

that consists of heating pipes, laying accessories, manifolds and controls.

TECEfloor is based on quality

All components are carefully selected and have been tested for 100

percent compatibility.

SLQ Silver Line Quality

The high quality standard is reflected in the Silver Line Quality (SLQ)

label. It stands for tested quality and the guaranteed compatibility of all

components.

SLQ standard for parts that transfer water and that provide functions

The tight production tolerances of the heating pipes in TECEfloor are

perfectly tailored to the support and clamping ring of the clamped joint.

The O ring of the clamped joint provides accurately dimensioned sealing

in the manifolds Eurocone. In the servomotor, not only the union nut but

also the lifting and closing dimension are adjusted to match the valve

insert of the manifold.

In its own production facilities, TECE

manufactures composite and plastic

pipes for domestic installation on

state-of-the-art machinery.

The heating pipes are offered in dimen-

sions 14 x 2 mm, 16 x 2 mm, 17 x 2 mm

and 20 x 2 mm in a variety of material

qualities.

SLQ floor heating pipe PE-Xc

n Excellent creep rupture strength and resistant to scratches and grooves

thanks to crosslinking, therefore ideal for the harsh conditions on a con-

struction site.

SLQ floor heating pipe PE-RT type 2

n Un-crosslinked material with far better creep rupture strength than PE-RT type 1.

SLQ composite metal pipe PE-RT/AL/PE

n The multi-layer composite pipe is dimensionally stable and therefore ideal for

laying in dimpled sheets and clip rails.

TECEfloor the manifolds

The two-way and three-way plastic manifolds from TECE can be easily connected with just two rotations and can

be combined with each other as desired up to a 12-way manifold. This makes storage easier and provides

greater flexibility on the construction site: If an additional heating circuit is required, two two-way modules,

rather than one three-way module, are simply used.

The manifold range includes stain-

less steel and plastic manifolds as

well as manifold housings in diffe-

rent sizes.

All manifolds undergo a 100 %

functional and tightness test in

production.

Mounting systems/system panel

From basic dimpled sheets or back-foamed dimpled sheets with thermal and sound insulation through to

tacking sheets and backerboards, TECEfloor offers the required mounting system for every application scenario.

The dimpled sheet is available in three insulation versions. The 6-cm grid is particularly suitable for heating

pump systems (RA 120 or RA 180). The dimple structure enables pipes to be laid easily, even in the bends.

Suitable for pipe dimensions 14, 16 and 17 mm.

TECEfloor offers everything needed for correct laying.

Joint compensation elements, expansion joint profiles

or edge insulation strips: The TECEfloor screed acces-

sories are highly practical.

Thanks to its special anchoring technique, the extra-

wide TECE tacking pin T 8 extra provides optimum

hold for heating pipes, particularly in tacking sheets with

woven film.

Tested quality safety made by TECE.

As a manufacturer of complex pipe and connection systems, TECE has its own recognized testing

laboratory with several temperature change test machines, creep test containers and other testing

equipment. For TECEfloor alone, more than 150 clamped joints with all pipe types are tested in a

5,000-cycle temperature change test. Typical sources of faults, such as those that arise as a result of

incompatibility caused by purchasing a range of different individual parts, can therefore be eliminated

reliably from the outset.
