Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our program. If you’re reading this, I imagine you’ve been pretty successful in your life so far, but like many of us, there might be things that you still struggle with or areas where you really want to make a next big improvement. As our lives become more complex, either through new responsibilities at work, new relationships or maybe even parenthood, it’s not uncommon for us to lose our sense of clarity and purpose and to get lost in the everyday overwhelm.

TeamUp Triad coaching is a powerful online coaching program designed with professionals like you in mind. All of us over the years have practiced many diff erent behaviours (many of which have brought us great success in life) but there comes a point when many of these behaviours no longer serve us and are in fact holding us back from getting the most out of life. Workshops and books can help to illuminate some of the insights required to make behavior changes but to really discover our blindspots and develop new, more eff ective behaviours, requires something else.

Our approach is based on 30 plus years of mindfulness based leadership development and uses an innovative coaching style to really facilitate change. We coach in 3s (or Triads) because

we believe that change happens when you connect and share in each others journey and then motivate and hold each other accountable.

So over the course of 10 weeks working with your triad you’ll become conscious of those behaviours that are specifi cally holding you back and you’ll develop new practices and behaviours that really serve you.

Through TeamUp we are also building a worldwide community of likeminded individuals who share our passion for becoming more mindful and in so doing hope to make the world a happier, healthier and more conscious place.

We hope you enjoy reading about our program. If you have any questions or would like to have a chat with one of our trained coaches about whether TeamUp could be right for you, please contact us and we’ll arrange a call at your convenience.

It’s a 10 week program with 9 unique modules that build upon each other. The fi rst thing we do is skillfully match you with two other participants, often from other countries, to create small groups of three we call Triads.

The program starts with a 45 minute one on one call with your professionally trained facilitator who will discuss the specifi c areas in your life you wish to focus on. Each week you’ll receive a video, readings and exercises covering a number of subjects including understanding the way you think, behave and learn, working with your emotions, improving communication and developing your intuition.

Your Triad facilitator will organize and guide your group. You’ll meet for 90 minutes every week for the following 9 weeks, via Skype or FaceTime. These group calls are extremely powerful and profound. In them you’ll get to discuss how to implement the changes you want to make in your life, and you’ll learn how to support the other two participants in their change process.

No role plays or imaginary case studies. TeamUp happens in real time, in a small team environment over a full ten-week timeframe, allowing actual change to be easily and eff ectively integrated into daily life both at home and at work.

What was amazing to hear, were the comments I received at work around significant changes in my persona & ways of handling situations. My boss noticed a significant shift in my ability to receive feedback and work with change. I am constantly recommending the course to those around me, as it truly stands out as a unique experience for me, it has been life changing.

This experience has helped me take a substantial leap as a leader at a critical juncture in my organization’s growth, as well as my own career growth. I highly recommend this to anyone serious about making a positive change to their own lives, their organization, and to their relationships.

I’m already too busy…how can I fi nd time to do a mindfulness program?

We love this one as we all know this feeling. The thing is nearly all of our participants discover that by becoming more conscious they start to free up time, it becomes simpler to prioritise and life becomes easier and less cluttered. You’ll gain a whole new perspective on what’s really important and we can’t tell you how liberating that feels.

I have a busy schedule....I’m always travelling. How can I commit to a 10 week program? TeamUp has been specifi cally designed to suit a busy persons schedule. Many of our participants have lives that involve constant travel. The weekly calls are not fi xed in stone...there is fl exibility built into the process. Your facilitator understands the needs of the participants and will arrange the calls accordingly. If one week a call has to move that’s fi ne. The process can become fl uid based on the needs of the group although we do recommend trying to keep to regular times as much as possible.

I’ve read loads of self help books and personal development programs and get the whole mindfulness thing but I’ve not seen any change in my life so far…why should this be any diff erent?

Haha…yes change is tricky. Many of the behaviours that no longer serve us have been practiced over a lifetime…they are ingrained. Self help books make sense when we read them but they are extremely diffi cult to translate into real change. The TeamUp program is taught in real time over 10 weeks, allowing you to make changes in your life in real time and then be held accountable to those changes by your Triad group. By doing this for 10 weeks we see real and permanent change happen. In fact over 90% of our graduates report still continuing a mindfulness based practice more than 6 months after completion of the TeamUp program.

I don’t like the idea of opening up to complete strangers.

Yes it’s a very natural feeling and a number of people share this fear when they fi rst join the Triad process but we’ve always been amazed at how quickly this fear disappears once they start the program. The Triad format is based on complete confi dentiality and trust and many particpants often tell us how surprised they are at the ease they feel. Strangers very quickly become connected with a bond often becoming so strong that nearly all of them stay connected long after the program has fi nished.
