Make some noise with this fun conference energiser that gets everyone clap happy! Each delegate gets a vivid pair of rubber

gloves, each colour group corresponds to a different rhythm. By the end, all teams are

clapping, tapping and stamping in a glorious symphony.


Your mission – should you choose to accept it – is to build a rocket and fly it using only the contents of a top secret flight case. Time is short and materials limited. Which team will use their skills

and time wisely to build and successfully launch a rocket?

colourful parachute. Forward planning and continuous communication are the orders

Working in 10 teams, the whole room must come together as one harmonious

unit to form a massive human knot from a single length of rope. Great for large

groups, it helps to enhance communication, quick thinking and

problem solving skills. Will you get all tied up?

A real head-scratcher, this activity has a competitive edge that’s great for bonding

delegates and boosting energy levels halfway through a conference. Teams

compete to build a rocket and fly it the farthest using simple by effective

materials.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…! Teams have to mimic the actions of an energetic

facilitator to win the day. The event leader introduces new arm movements to a count of six, until the whole room is whipped up into a frenzy! How long will you last when

the count begins?


Break the ice, teach the fine art of resourcefulness, turn a room of strangers into colleagues in minutes and encourage competition with a series of fast and fun challenges that involve everything from sorting shapes to creating a huge human

slip knot.

Take a room, fill it with delegates, add brightly coloured boom whackers that strike different notes and you’ve got a
