SeatsThe seats are adjustable so that the designers can be

accommodated comfortably and they provide supportwhere it's needed. Seats have an adjustable seat cushion

height, backrest height, backrest tilt, armrests and seatcushion tilt, many of these make sitting more comfortable. In addition, our seats enable designers to change posture atintervals, ensuring that different groups of muscles can beused for support, and that no particular group of muscles

gets tired. Ours seats have a 5-castor base for stability. It isalso providing an instruction book to teach designersunderstand how to adjust their seats and what posture theyshould be used.

DesksThe desks have a standard height of about

720mm. This is fine for most Asian. The desks are

made in L shaped, so can provide more spacefor designers to do the paperwork, place acomputer, printer, fax machine or telephone. Inaddition, L shaped is more comfortable forcomputer work as designers can have everythingthey need close at hand in an arc around them.

The desks dont have any obstructionsunderneath like drawers or supports so designerscan sit in comfortable positions.

ComputerThe types of problems that people may get from using

their computers are often described as Repetitive StrainInjuries. Work Related Upper Limb Disorders

or musculoskeletal disorders or discomfort. The main risksto users from computer hardware are probably thekeyboard, mouse and monitor. Our keyboards and mice andspecially chosen so that they can help designer to keep aneutral posture in their hands, wrists ad forearms. A

neutral posture is one that feels most natural andcomfortable and is not harmful. The keyboards and miceare easy to use and using them are not require any physicaleffort. The monitor displays is 21 inches so that it is veryclear and easy to read. It can also be tilted and swiveled.

LightingLighting is very important. The office will set-up at least 6

fluorescent lights at front, center and back of the ceiling. Each row will have 2 fluorescent lights, it comes with an on

and off switch which have dimming functions. Ours officeable to see daylight as it gives designer a feeling about howthe day is going outside and natural light is also thought tomake people feel better too. We will not be placing themonitors near the windows so that there is no glare or

reflection on the screen because patches of bright light onthe screen make characters harder to read and can forcedesigners into uncomfortable positions as they try to seearound the bright patch. We will install the blinds atwindows to cut down glare.

Color of ceilings and wallsThe office will be painted with light blue color onthe wall and white on the ceiling. The wall will be

good in sound insulation to provide a peacefulplace to work. According to some designer forum, light blue or turquoise is the favorite color of mostdesigners in the world and white is the best colorto keep the room bright, thats why we use these2 colors to compliment the fluorescent light toensure that the office is cool and cozy at all time. For the paint on the walls and the ceilings we willuse good and odorless paints to make sure

designer dont smell the paint when doing work.
