GCDP ICX Program Manager TLP Middle Term

Position Role

Deliver one cycle of a GCDP Programme: Global Citizen 3rd sector, Global Citizen Educational Project, or Global Citizen Universities.

Guarantee Contact with National Service of Cooperation and Match.

Responsibilities

Create the strategic plan for the GCDP ICX programme

Manage sales

Manage matches (national service)

Manage delivery and its quality

Evaluate the satisfaction of TN Takers

Measures of Success

Sales Performance (or even funding, depending on the program)

# of TN RA

# of TN MA

# of TN RE

High Quality Evaluation from TN Taker or Sponsors

Re-Raising or new round of sponsorship

Team composition

One TLP and three to seven team members, working with all parts of the flow, from raises to exchange delivery. Depending on the structure of the team, there might be sub-leadership positions.

Position Role

Create a plan to support the interns effectiveness and performance at their jobs. Also increase interns and TN Takers satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Create the support plan for each one of the interns

Support the interns setting goals for their internship experience

Execute activities to help them perform better at their jobs (for example: trainings around the market, cultural induction)

Coordinate diagnosis and planning tasks

Track tasks execution

Measures of Success

Depending on the measures of success of the TN forms;

Stakeholders satisfaction indexes.

1 team leader for each 4 Interns.Local Fund Raising Team Leader TLP Short Term or Middle Term

Position Role

Create and Deliver strategies for fundraising TNs GCDP such as private initiative, in-kind fundraising or elaborate a global Village in a key place with key publics in order to capitalize funds for more TNs raising.

Responsibilities

Create an event plan for fund raising TNs GCDP

Sell National Programs Sponsorship to private initiative

Plan for in-kind sponsorship

Increase the number of TN raised

Sell the event (Global Village) for companies other organizations

Track Sales meeting

Track event preparation with trainees

Report the event results (funding and TNs raised) to the sponsors

Funding Value

Number of TNs raised with the fund raised

Position Role

Create and Deliver strategies to Raise Host and create a database for pipeline using key publics in order to capitalize more Hosts.

Responsibilities

Let a good pipeline of Host

Let the delivery time of ICX NC faster with high volume of host.

Position Role

Deliver one cycle of GIP Programme: Global Talents Information technology and International Business.

Responsibilities

Create the strategic plan for GIP ICX Programme

Manage sales

Sales visit

Events

Account management (with this LC doesnt have an specific Account team)

Maintain effective relationship and AIESECs support for TN Taker and GIP Interns.

Responsibilities

Strategies to improve the partnership between AIESEC and the company

Feedback meetings defined by the team or the company

Realize the quality evaluation defined by periods

Tracking meeting with the company

Manage delivery and quality

Make a report about the AIESEC internship

Evaluate the satisfaction of TN Takers

Create/Maintain Universities partnership for guarantee Trainee Visa

Responsible for LC Partnerships

Program Team Leader TLP Middle Term

Position Role

The program leader is the final responsible for the program execution.

Ensure that the specific program is achieving its goals and the plan implementation.

Responsibilities

Planning the execution (actions to deliver the program goals, timeline and strategies)

Manage the members

Manage delivery and quality

Tracking individuals goals and priorities

Plan Implementation

Ensure the program timeline is accomplished

Specific picture and strategy for the program

Ensure match process (national cooperations service and match mania)

Account Management and communication abroad with Exchange Participants.

Ensure communication plan execution

Exchange experience sales performance

Position Role

Is responsible for helping, manage and following up the raise, matching and realizing process of their EPs. And also ensure the communication with EPs during the whole process, until the reintegration.

Pre realization preparation (Visa procedures support, OPS)

Continuous contact with the EPs

Allow that recruitment efforts are align with communication plan. Leverage recruitment results by having separate Cells focusing on different targets.

Build Operational plan based on the recruitment communication plan;

Execute the recruitment plan;

Promotion efforts

Trial the candidates

Selection process of the recruited candidates

Report to the Program manager or LCVPOGX

# of members approved or # of raised forms from the specific target

# of events realized

Position Role

Create, build and coordinate the whole X+T strategy of the LC.

Responsibilities

Create the strategic plan for X+T and TLP

Ensure the goal setting per month for X+T (T after X, X after T and T while X RA, MA, RE) and Leadership (RA, MA, RE)

Select, plan and execute the specific OGX programs that will be run for internal pipeline (For example, Global Citizen TLP Edition RA, MA, RE).

Create and run reintegration campaigns

Guarantee the implementation of TLP as pipeline (RA, MA and RE).
