Please follow the above deadlines also for reservation of accommodation. 4. Catering • Lunch Service: To reduce food waste, please inform the OC where you plan to

5. Transport • Official airports: Tallinn and Tartu • IMPORTANT: Since mainly small planes fly to Tallinn and Tartu, please check
with your airline if jumping skis can be transported on your selected route! • Shuttle service: For teams without their own vehicle, an OC shuttle can be
provided during the competitions in Otepää and from the airports. Please contact the Head of Transportation with your needs: [email protected]
• Ship companies DFDS (www.dfds.com) (Routes: Kiel-Kleipeda, Kappelskär-Paldiski etc) and Tallink Silja Line (www.tallinksilja.com) usable for e.g. service trucks. Please contact the OC or the providers for the bookings.
6. Payments • Accommodation costs: Teams must pay for extra accommodation in the
financial office latest by Saturday 8.02. Card payment is possible.

7. Waxing Facilities • Wax cabins available from 06.02.2020 (before 14:00 from Tehvandi Hotel, after
14:00 from Race Office) (Earlier by agreement and extra cost) • Key pickup: Race office – deposit 50 € (will be refunded after the key has
been returned) • Extra wax cabins in cross country stadium are available at additional cost,
served on first come/first serve basis. • Wax trucks: teams arriving with trucks must inform the OC until 24.01.2020

8. Radio Equipment Regulations • The radio frequencies need to be authorized by the regulatory authority. Please
send your frequencies by 17.12.2019 (preliminary entry deadline) to [email protected] for authorisation.

9. Visa Regulations • Please remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Estonia. Please contact the Estonian embassy in your home country. • For an official letter of invitation please send an email request to the OC:
[email protected] 10. Prize Money and Taxes • Prize Money will be paid via bank transfer. • Each athlete is responsible to inform the OC of their account and personal data,
plus a copy of their passport! To do so, please fill out the Prize Money form on the FIS website and send it to race office ([email protected]) until Sat, 08.02.2020.
