T.E.A.M. Elam is a non-profit organization that provides youth with an opportunity to experience positive influences in business, sports and entertainment; and at the same time respect and preserve the environment. Our goal is to show youth that through determination and perseverance their goals can be accomplished; and there is a second chance for greatness.

Founded in 2008, T.E.A.M. Elam has impacted over 3,000 youth annually by providing resources to motivate and educate the community about the importance of collaboration, family involvement and pride. The celebrity weekend introduces young people to an array of positive influences, which leave a lasting impression on the lives of the youth and equip them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in life.


Based on the principle of “it takes a village”, T.E.A.M. Elam has connected with local, regional and national organizations and businesses to prove life is a lot easier when you are part of a network of friends and family, a community, a neighborhood that is constantly striving for the success of our youth.


Our impact has been heart-felt and every year, over 30 athletes and celebrities have volunteered their time in support of such a wonderful cause.


This unique opportunity allows media to engage celebrities, entertainers, athletes and business professionals who share a common theme… empowerment of youth.


The explosive combination of celebrity and media can successfully help launch new lines, rehabilitate old products and keep healthy brands ahead of the competition through event driven product placement and promotion.

The weekend starts with a private welcome reception which will allow key sponsors, media, celebrity guest and business professionals to network and forge personal connections.

Friday, June 8, 2012 – Community Outreach Community service is the cornerstone of the weekend celebration. Community outreach benefits

the Riviera Beach area by allowing organizations to leverage the presence of celebrity guest and bring awareness and support to their causes.

Friday, June 8, 2012 – Celebrity Bowling Challenge The Celebrity Bowling Challenge infuses talented NBA and NFL stars in a friendly competition. Each bowling lane will be sponsored and proceeds from the events will help aid a variety of local

and national T.E.A.M. Elam initiatives.

Saturday, June 9, 2012 – A Day in the Park A Day in the Park culminates the weekend celebration and provides a fun, family-oriented

atmosphere for the youth to interact with the celebrity guest and business professionals.

Saturday, June 9, 2012 – Celebrity Gifting Suite & Lounge After a weekend of philanthropy, the Celebrity Gifting Suite & Lounge provides an intimate

setting for the celebrities and VIP guest to relax and network with representatives from luxury brands and services.
