Our electronic library resources provide student and faculty researchers with access to ideas, information, and creative works on any topic in any field or discipline. Our databases include many full-text journals, newspapers, reference works and digital books, all of which may be accessed from your home or campus computer. If you need specific articles or books not offered in digital form, you may request them on-line through the CSUSB library's Interlibrary Loan Service. A courier will deliver your requested books to the Palm Desert Campus, while journal articles will be converted into digital form and sent to your CSUSB email account at no charge. Databases PDC students are given off- campus access to full text databases composed of millions of scholarly, professional and popular publications on every topic, most dating from 1980 to the present. PDC and Cross Enrollment Program

Palm Desert Campus offers a Cross Enrollment program for students attending College

of the Desert, Copper Mountain and Mt. San Jacinto Colleges. It is not available at the

San Bernardino Campus. This is for UPPER DIVISION COURSES ONLY.

If a community college student meets specific requirements (GPA, number of completed

units, etc.) they may take one class with us through Cross Enrollment. It is a good

introduction to the quarter system and usually leads to a future application to PDC. The

majority of Cross Enrollment students try to take one of the capstones, but sometimes

try for classes in their major. They must meet all prerequisites.

Enrollment is on the first day of class and is determined on instructor approval and

space availability.

So, on the first day of class you will have your typical CSUSB student with an Add Slip.

In addition, you may also have a few Cross Enrollment students requesting your

signature. The decision, for both categories, is completely up to you.

Please contact me with any questions. I am here to help,
