* Color is often decorative, but sometimes it is needed to directly support instruction. At Copy-Plus, we call that “instructional color.”

• BETWEEN MAY 20 AND JULY 17, we will offer color printing for materials that require COLOR TO DIRECTLY SUPPORT INSTRUCTION.

• Copy-Plus is the instructional materials printing and delivery service exclusively for teachers. The program is limited to materials for classroom instruction and homework only. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE NEWSLETTERS, POSTCARDS, OFFICE FORMS, EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAM FLYERS, POSTERS, OR PACKETS.

• Teachers may submit their print requests either by using the online email ordering system or by placing their hardcopy printed masters in the large orange envelopes available in every school office.

• All costs associated with Copy-Plus are funded centrally. No cost is billed to the school.
