Creates and maintains documentation of site findings. CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE WORKER Leads street maintenance workers, monitoring the maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, drainage ways, curbs, shoulders, and alleyways. Implements traffic control plans to minimize accidents and injuries. PARKING SERVICES SUPERVISOR Supervises traffic enforcement agents, parking meter repairers, and customer service personnel, and manages the operation and mainte- nance of parking facilities and parking programs. REAL ESTATE PROPERTY AGENT Performs professional level real estate acquisition, disposition, property management and other real estate services. SENIOR ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE Develops and manages projects and contracts. Reviews development plans. Develops and reviews project design plans and specifications. SENIOR ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN Creates and maintains technical drawings, graphic designs, maps, figures, renderings and presentation materials. Conducts research, and provides information to customers and personnel. SURVEY INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN Sets up and operates land survey equipment to measure land area boundaries and topographic features. A record field notes and calculations and interprets maps. SURVEY TECHNICIAN Assists with technical land surveys, by setting up instruments for sight elevations and measurements, determining boundaries and elevations, and assisting with data collection and field notes. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN Provides technical and engineering support, through the review and implementation of traffic engineering projects and plans. TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR Coordinates transportation programs and projects and coordinates plans and policies with commissions and agencies for construction- related projects to comply with regulations, contracts, and statutory requirements.
