Introductory participants in the 6σ organization. White Belts are qualified team members of a Green Belt or Black Belt Project Team.
Yellow Belt training provides an introduction to process management and the basic tools of Lean Six Sigma. A Yellow Belt participates as a core team member or subject matter expert (SME) on a project or projects.
Green Belts are skilled in problem solving, data collection / interpretation, and financial analysis. They are key members of 6σ projects and expected to lead smaller projects.
Black Belts are thoroughly trained individuals with expertise in using statistical tools and interpreting analytical results. Black Belts are expected to identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and coach Green Belts.

This Series is for those who want an overview of Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistics. It is a must for managers who want an appreciation of the commiment necessary to implement statistically based process improvement and the return on investment to be gained.

LSS Yellow
This Series is for those who wish to become Assistant Team Leaders on Six Sigma projects. The skills learned will enable the styudent to be a valuable Six Sigma project team memeber and assist the Team Leader in all aspects of a Six Sigma project. This Series can be used as a prerequisite for the LSS Green Belt Course.

LSS Green
This Series prepares those who wish to become Six Sigma Green Belts and Project Team Leaders. It is organized following the DMAIC methodology, includes many Lean modules and covers Descriptive Statistics. This Series can be used as a prerequisite for the LSS Black Belt Course.

This Series prepares those who wish to become Six Sigma Black Belts and Leaders within the Six Sigma organization. It is organized following the DMAIC methodology, provides a thorough description of Lean and Lean tools, and includes detailed instruction in Statistics.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum consists of 32 modules -- with approximately 24 on-line hours and 5-6 classroom days recommended.
The Blended e-Learning ProcessThe model consists of e-Learning pre-work and class application to extend the learning experience. Online resources also include supporting documentation, reference material, pre-post-assessments to measure knowledge transfer, and refresher 'tune-up‘ modules.
