WHEN INSTALLING DRILLED-IN ANCHORS AND OR POWDER DRIVEN PINS IN EXISTINGNON-PRESTRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE, USE CARE AND CAUTION TO AVOIDCUTTING OR DAMAGING THE EXISTING REINFORCING STEEL. MAINTAIN A MINIMUMCLEARANCE OF ONE INCH BETWEEN THE REINFORCEMENT STEEL AND THE DRILLED-IN ANCHOR AND OR PIN.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL PHASING, ACCESS, DEBRIS, STAGINGAREAS, AND HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION WITH OWNERS PRIOR TO START OFCONSTRUCTION.
CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE REQUIRED DUST AND INFECTION CONTROL PROTECTIONSYSTEM. MEANS AND METHODS TO BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO CUT & PATCH TO MATCH ALLEXISTING PARTITIONS WHERE NEW FIRE ALARM AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES AREREQUIRED AS SPECIFIED IN THE FIRE ALARM DRAWINGS.
