Dear TCHS Band Family, below are this coming weeks important dates and information. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE BAND WEBSITE FOR ALL THINGS TCHS BAND!!!!!
Announcements:
1- Please check the calendar at Countyhigh.com for the most up-to-date information. Please make sure you look at dates in the future so that you can plan accordingly and not have conflicts with rehearsals or performances. In most cases the calendar is 8-10 months out.
2-PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMMUNICATE. IF A STUDENT WILL BE OUT OF REHEARSAL FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE EMAIL MR. G. AT [email protected]
3- Instructions on how to pay Band/Auxiliary fees can be found on the Band website under “Marching Band Forms/Information”
4- Senior information is due by Friday October 18th. The link for the form is on the main page of the website.
5- October 7th is our spring concert, please help spread the word. Performing groups include, Velvet Blue Jazz Orchestra, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. All others are encouraged to attend.
This Week:
Monday, 10/7/19, Fall concert. Participating groups include, Velvet Blue Jazz Orchestra, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. The dress for this is “church formal” no jeans or sneakers.
Tuesday, 10/10/19, Marching Band rehearsal, 3:15pm-5:00pm
Thursday, 10/3/19, TCHS VS Oak Mountain (away). Information will be found in the itinerary.
