ABOUT

We are a mobile bar company based in the

Cotswolds. We specialise in serving creative

drinks for events around the Cotswolds and

beyond including weddings, private events

and festivals.

James set up the company in 2015 after 20-

years’ experience of running his own bar and

consulting for well-known alcohol brands

such as Havana club and Absolut.

He created the event bars to offer a

unique experience from the drinks, the

service provided and the look of the bars

themselves including his vintage van and

our wine box bar.

OUR CHARMING VAN

Gumpy always makes an impression.

The distinctive charm and character of

our beloved Gumpy make him perfect for

anything from vintage weddings to corporate

events. We offer a very personal service, and

our mobile bars add that little bit of extra

sparkle to any event. James and his staff have

attended a huge array of functions, including

weddings and corporate events to sporting

events and festivals.

Our vintage box bar is a rustic delight,

perfect to add to the atmosphere of any

event with an individual twist. We can make

this bar very personal with added details

and touches. Our rustic Bar Sign is also the

perfect finishing touch to this eye-catching

bar especially in a marquee or barn.

We offer a top mixology service, supply

wines and design cocktail menus.

Every event is unique, exclusive and exciting,

so we believe that every bar service should

reflect just that.

OUR LED BARS

Our LED bars offer numerous options.

From the opaque light settings of a dressed

wedding marquee to offering striking focal

points for larger events and parties. These

bars are available in semi, circular, small and

large ovals. Ranging from a 9 foot diameter

up to a 28 foot oval.

Our bars can be dry hired and we can

tailor a quote to suit. We can also offer

décor packages with the bars from

flowers, vintage boxes, funky suitcases

and easels. Bottles, tubs, wine coolers

we have all sorts in our collection.

Coffee and teas. We can also offer a

full barista coffee service as well as

teas and other hot drinks. We also have

a full range of vintage china too.

· Eco-friendly plastic glassware great for festivals, fields and barns · (glassware can be hired separately and additional glassware sourced if required)

· We are able to take cash and card payments ·

There are a number of hire options; the most popular being FREE bar hire, this requires a small returnable deposit at the time

of booking and a minimum spend applies. We can also be hired as you would other services, this reduces the minimum spend

but requires a hire payment rather than deposit. Full details on request.
