1. The promoter is the irish Times Limited, The irish Times building, 24-28 Tara Street, dublin 1

2. The offer is a donnybrook fair & irish Times Luxury Christmas Hamper, redeemable for €50 less the recommended retail price. The offer price is €80, the rrP is €130.

3. offer is valid when a reader collects any of the 4 tokens published in The irish Times from 29th november 2014 to 6th december 2014.

4. no applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. no incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupted entries will be accepted. no entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted.

5. Tokens must be attached to a completed redemption form which can be downloaded from www.donnybrookfair.ie or picked up in donnybrook fair stores nationwide, accompanied by the entrant’s name, address and email.

6. The hamper can only be redeemed from 6th december 2014 to 17th december 2014.

7. There are two ways to redeem the hamper:

(a) HamPEr CoLLECTion: Present your completed redemption form in any of our stores, with payment of €80, and collect your hamper on or after Saturday 6th december.

(b) HamPEr dELiVEry: Send your completed redemption form and tokens to irish Times Hamper, donnybrook fair, 89 morehampton road, donnybrook, dublin 4. your hamper will be delivered within 5 days of receipt of your completed redemption form. There is an additional charge for delivery – dublin €8, nationwide €10. forms received after 17th december 2014 cannot be fulfilled.

8. only one 4 token redemption per person.

9. The contents of the hamper are: d|f Pudding, d|f Cranberry Sauce, d|f brandy butter, d|f Tomato Chutney, d|f organic Jam, d|f organic marmalade, richmount Cordial, d|f Chocolate Santa, d|f Chocolate Snowman, Casa Emma Chianti Classico, Simon Joseph Chardonnay, d|f Granola, red rooster Coffee, butlers assortment of Chocolate Truffles & Pralines. Exact contents of individual hampers may be subject to change due to availability with alternative items of equivalent cost/quality.

10. The offer is not available to order online.

11. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The promoter reserves the right to change any aspect of the offer.

13. The offer will be subject to additional terms and conditions of the suppliers of the prize.

14. The promoter is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the reader arising from his or her acceptance of the offer.

15. Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over.

16. Entry to this promotions shall be deemed full and unconditionsal acceptance of the terms & conditions.

17. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
