We Couldnt BelieveThis Worked! And heres how it worked

    Dear Friends,

We were once told to count our calories tolose weight. Measure every meal on a scale, look up the calories then record that in a

daily food diary and total that up at the endof the day.

    Are you kidding me!

Were not scientists ormathematicianswe just want to be

healthy and lose that Christmas 10 poundsplus last years15 if you know what Im talking about.

Weve tried just about every diet there was but nothingseemed to keep it off; every pound we lost we gained 2 moreback. We often discussed what we were going to do next butwere so frustrated and running out of ideas on our own. Bynow my husband was experiencing chronic pain, arthritis andnerve pain, and I was always tired with no energy. It wasawful.

Just when we were about to give up forever, we wereintroduced to Danielle, our Registered Holistic Nutritionist. We have to tell you, in the beginning we were very skepticalabout the whole process. But we had nothing to lose at thispoint and so we decided to give it a try. In a nut shell, here iswhat she taught us

    1. Calories give no indication of quality of foods being

eaten. Just because a packaged food is low in caloriesdoesnt mean its not full off artificial preservatives, sugars, flavourings and colourings; rancid oils; GMOs;other non-food additives.

    2. Counting calories is unnecessary when your food doesnthave labels. We were encourage to eat outside the box -literally and figuratively. Moving away from processedfoods enabled us to become more creative with wholefoods ingredients by making more meals at home fromscratch.

    3. Counting calories was stressful. Stress around our mealtime was disrupting the digestive process by activating thewrong areas of our nervous system; we are more likely toincompletely digest our meal resulting in loss of nutrientabsorption and unfavourable effects like bloating and gas.

    4. She showed us how to live life not count calories!

We have finally found something that works. We are soexcited. Not only did my husbands pain levels drop, but sodid our pant size. It has sparked a feeling of wellness and anincrease in energywe are motivated to continue.

    Ed and Barb

Believe it or not, you can do this too. Youre no different. You just have to take action. Optimal health and weight losscan be achieved without counting calories.

This is your chance. Bring this article into our office or calland let us know you saw this story and youll receive all ofyour first day services for $37. That includes a completeexam, consultation and 7 day analysis. Any additional carewill be of your choice.
