• Progress is at 53%• Project is ahead of the

scheduled July 2010 completion

• Close coordination with MTQ concerning highway alignment

• Close coordination with Hydro Quebec concerning three phase power

Calais, Maine

• Progress is at 60%• Estimated completion is

November 2009• Additional funding in 2009

required to maintain scheduled completion date

• Discovery of significant ledge at time of construction start

Champlain, New York

• Cargo Facility Completed in 2007

• Administration building completed in 2008

• Overall Project completion December 2008

• Project delivered on time and within budget

Massena, NY

• Progress is at 57%• Estimated completion is

October 2009• Project is within budget• Project included

reconstruction of a traffic circle

• Close coordination with NYSDOT

Warroad, Minnesota

• Progress is at 10%• Estimated completion is

January 2010• Significant wetlands in

the vicinity• Port facilities will be

located about a mile south of boundary
